Sorry to hear that, about your hand, I did hear from many people about Tri-ad and Scorpion locks from Cold Steel being absolute tanks, definitely more bulletproof than the crossbar lock design. Some day I'll get my hands on one of those and we'll test it on video!
No way. I almost lost a finger due to an Axis lock failure. That's NEVER happened with my Tri-Ad Locks.
