I think most people aren't going to be using the camera much on their tablets unless they're doing video calls. For the Onn, the video quality is better but it looked darker. For the Samsung, the video was brighter but it looked grainier around the edges.
So I spent 2 days nonstop setting up live wallpapers all sorts of games and modifications to the keyboards themselves and I will have to say I am loving the size, THE FEEL, yes the actual feel of the tablet in my hands.. Feels like quality.. And looks cool. The brightness is on par with any of the most expensive tablets out there.. It did state 15 hour runtime.. But I will never see that to be honest.. : 0) I like the 4 speakers as well.. I play with this in hand for a day and the next day with bluetooth keyboard and backing that made the game great.. Playing Diablo, many racing games off and online with zero issues at all.. THIS has enough horsepower to do what you are wanting it to do and looks and feels great while doing so.. I went back to Walmart tonight after playing with the 12.1 ONN and I say with confidence, I am happy with the results and the appearance compared to the Ipad or the more expensive S9 Samsungs.. If I could get a little more battery life out of it that would really be the only thing I would ask.. And a prayer that it holds up for years to come.. THAT is yet to be determined.. : 0) Also it got great reviews at Walmart as well.. If you get this, feel good with your purchase.. I am.. : 0)
I returned my ONN 12.1 tablet days ago . Some are stating that while watching any videos like you tube , freebe, personal videos the screen will flick black for a second and will continuously do it every 3-4 minutes while playing videos. I seen others comment about having the same issue . Also a couple of reviews same issue on Walmart That’s the only issue I had . Not a bad tablet at all though
Been really happy with my 8gb/128GB A9+ but if I was using my own cash instead of a gifted best buy gift card I would have been just as fine saving money with the onn. Most intensive thing I do for the most part is web browse with a youtube mini player popup in the corner.

i just bought the 2023 11 inch tablet pro. they didn't even have any of the 2024 ones, which was kind of surprising. at least i have a headphone jack though. i'm pretty satisfied with the speed of loading youtube videos; which is all i really use a tablet for. but the battery life seems kind of meh, the battery charging is slow (though i am using my phone charger, so maybe...), and why is there no charge limit to preserve battery life? why? overall it's a big improvement from my old galaxy tab a.

Instead of worrying about tablets, maybe try worrying about your writing skills (or lack of them), and common courtesies. Usually if you want something from someone, you would ask. This was fixed and was just an issue with the refresh rates of the software being used..

I just got a an update that added some new features, bug fixes and a new security patch on my onn 12.1 tablet today

One more advantage of the Samsung tablet that it is available world wide. Not sure the Onn tablet is available at least not here in the UK.
I am getting a Samsung galaxy tab s8 for Christmas and the A9 surprised me on how it can run those games fairly smoothly

The galaxy tab A9 also has Dex that turns into like a pc. And the galaxy A9 will connect to a usb C to hdmi cable and be played thru your monitior
