REGRET Getting This Magnaflow Exhaust on my Lifted F150 5.0...

- I have had this magnaflow exhaust for almost 2 years now and I do not know how to feel about it anymore. Should I keep it or should I do away with it and upgrade soon?

I had a flowmaster on my Silverado but got tired of the drone noise so I got a magnaflow and I'm happy with it

Cant wait to see the video on why you made the choice to go with FTS over any other lift company and what you feel about the lift kit / how it rides and would you go for something else on your next build

MBRP is louder for a great price point. I'm old, mellow, and don't want to disturb the neighbors, so magnaflow suits me.
Yeah maganflow is perfect if you want nice sound but not too loud. I just want something different now

I have a magnaflow on my Tahoe and maybe it's just cuz it's different engine but I really like it a lot. My recordings don't pick it up great since it's a turndown that's hidden under the rear axle. My buddy has a Flowmaster 40 series and I found it to be super loud and drony especially when towing. At the end of the day it's just preference and I wish you all the best

I have a borla atak, sounds really aggressive! Just them cold starts are so loud! But after 30 seconds goes down.
Yeah that is what I want! Nice and aggressive cold start. Wake the neighborhood up lol
I have a 2019 F150 Roush and I love my Roush cat-back exhaust. Plus, it’s side exit duals. Check out Roush exhaust videos and see what you think. I love the sound of mine, and it still has the resonator on it.
I had looked into roush when I first got this magnaflow muffler but decided not go with roush. It does sound pretty good for sure!
Put the Flowmaster American Thunder catback system on my 5.0 which is their mid level. Ended up putting the resonator back on after two weeks. Two years later and I’m considering putting the stock system back on. Tow for any period of time over 30 minutes and you’ll get what I’m talking about lol
Same thing happened to my buddy he tows with a GMC Sierra with dual 40 series (or super 40 idk) but with the bed cap on and it drones so bad
Flowmaster drones bad i have heard that from several people
for the new f150s id get a roush exhaust because they have valvtraunic ones but for older styles id go for a borla atak

Flow master super 10 with no resonator sounded so good on my f150 when I had it def something I’d recommend or borla
I’ve been looking into borla. I had thought about super 10. It was what my brother had recommend to me.

Flow Master is the muffler of all mufflers.
yeah i can see that. they definitely still sound good
CORSA has the best exhaust system. It's aggressive but has zero drone due to its muffler design. Another muffler I enjoyed a lot was the Carven TR.
I've tried Magnaflow 18", Flowmaster 50 Delta Borla ProXs CORSA Sport and Carven TR. The CORSA was my favorite one.
I like corsa. It just it seem a little too raspy at times to me. At least some of the videos i have seen

Sounds like you need a Borla Atak. They're very loud, but doesn't have a bad drone.

@@TFBJFord One thing to consider is that the Borla is 304 Stainless Steel. If you have a muffler shop relocate it to the side, they will use cheap steel. I wouldn't recommend that. I also have a Magnetic Grey F150 with Borla S type (quieter than the Atak). If you look at my channel, you'll see how it looks. I really like the way the rear exit looks.
