Josephine's butt is pure muscle, it is strong and she is skinny yet toned, same for Jasmine, and they can't achive that if they train as hard as they do but dont eat properly. A lot of people that work or have been at similar places with these girls or go to the same gyms as them have said that the train and eat like athletes. Also, genetics help. A lot of them have ectomorph bodies so they are those kind of people that eat a lot but do not gain weight.

I do it too as well I have gastrointestinal problems so whenever i feel like im bloated or i have pain in my gut, i start liquid diet for a day and it really cleanses my body, relieve my pain and calm my gut down Its normal if they do it before the show starts but ofc they wouldn’t do it for always as a routine

In 2006 my dream was being a model like Gisele, Adriana, Alessandra, I was a teenager and I am brazilian like them so, they were my goals. I'm not that tall and I don't have their beauties so, even if I stopped to eat I would never have a supermodel body. And that's ok, I grew up and I love to eat and I'm not that skinny or thin anymore 😂 their beauties are not real. A lot of us have hips, waist, booty, so we can't be Victoria's Secret models only because of that, our nature is not so slim and fit like them, and no problem. VS is falling apart by the way, since they don't choose supermodels anymore but cute young influencers and instamodels fulled with fillers and botox. Supermodels were the type of women we would never be, and that's the reason why they get fame and money, because they are rare and unreal to almost all of us. I'm ok with that 🙌 nobody needs to look like a supermodel 😃

Just because you're a Victoria's Secret model doesn't mean you're more beautiful than those who aren't. There are much more beautiful faces who never make it to such brands. What these brands do is to define what is considered 'beautiful' and that too in a very skewed and flawed way. How many dark skinned girls they feature each year? How many African Americans or Asians? Even more hypocritical is how they claim to be for every woman and represent diversity in female bodies yet all their models are stick thin bags of bones. Victoria's Secret forced a successful model Erin Heatherton to lose weight by eating less despite her being as fit as the other models. She had to quit because it caused her depression. That's how Victoria's Secret and many others in the industry celebrate health and beauty. Instead of embracing fit and healthy women, they prefer forcing them to become a stereotype. Even skinny women like Erin aren't exempt from the pressure. By that standard, you want to send a message that no woman is beautiful unless she eats a lettuce leaf and a twig in a day and resembles a teenage boy.

I absolutely agree with Stella Maxwell. Cutting out something completely (that you like eating) will make you stressed and anxious, releasing stress hormones which slow down metabolism and tightens veins. That can slow down the weight loss, and make you anxious, tired, constantly hungry etc.
After seeing all of this I still want to be a Victoria secret model. Or at least just a model. That’s my dream job. I love staying healthy and fit and if that means eating green and working out all day than I’ll do it.

What these brands do is to define what is considered 'beautiful' and that too in a very skewed and flawed way. How many dark skinned girls they feature each year? How many African Americans or Asians? Even more hypocritical is how they claim to be for every woman and represent diversity in female bodies yet all their models are stick thin bags of bones.
Victoria's Secret forced a successful model Erin Heatherton to lose weight by eating less despite her being as fit as the other models. She had to quit because it caused her depression. That's how Victoria's Secret and many others in the industry celebrate health and beauty. Instead of embracing fit and healthy women, they prefer forcing them to become a stereotype. Even skinny women like Erin aren't exempt from the pressure. By that standard, you want to send a message that no woman is beautiful unless she eats a lettuce leaf and a twig in a day and resembles a teenage boy.
I absolutely love models and if I have to do some challenging things to get where I want to be then let me take the wheel.

I absolutely agree with Stella Maxwell. Cutting out something completely (that you like eating) will make you stressed and anxious, releasing stress hormones which slow down metabolism and tightens veins. That can slow down the weight loss, and make you anxious, tired, constantly hungry etc.
After seeing all of this I still want to be a Victoria secret model. Or at least just a model. That’s my dream job. I love staying healthy and fit and if that means eating green and working out all day than I’ll do it.
