"May it strike true" - for when he questions Tyr "May it be wielded with wisdom" - he pointed out every bit how Tyr was acting weird all of a sudden "May it be put down when it's job is done" - once he does I think you're unable to further upgrade anything, and upon exposing Tyr as a fake his job was done. Best couple frames in gaming his face when he.pulls that line you can see so many thoughts of vengeance power pride and sadness all in like 3 seconds then the wisdom shine in his eyes as he starts "may it be put down " as he has probably blessed hundreds of weapons with Un ending powers and watch the turmoil of his land because of them
This game hit me so hard. There are so many little things in every scene of the game that connects in ways you would never realize if you didn't really invest yourself in each character. The best part is that you can smile, feel pride and cry all at the same time....the game is simply a masterpiece.
I appreciate the attention to detail with the blessing down to finalizing it with one's own bodily fluid, which is how practitioners of the Norse faith actually imbue blessings with meaning. It's impressive to say the least the amount of research that was done even if some things are purposely skewed to fit a specific story.
The worst part on repeat playthroughs is when you realize the music that's playing in this scene is the same as the theme for broken Sindri. Edit: Or maybe the best part. Depends on how you look at it.
The BEST moment from the game when Kratos Kneels down to Brock to get his blessings shows how much he respects brok( got goosebumps) and the broken brok bless with his spit got me really crackin up laughter 😂..! Loved this😆
I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or be proud. His swearing was great in both games. Never failed to make me laugh, but at the same time I was mourning his death coming. Kratos telling him to bless it anyway was so heartwarming. He's grown so much.

If they went through with their original plan I'm sure Odin would have had the upper hand and killed him
Except Kratos is holding a Spear and gallahorn in the prophecy, that's why atreus thought it was Tyr. I don't see anyway anybody could have killed Kratos.
Odin one-shot Thor with his spear. Thor knocked Kratos out cold, then used Mjollnir as a defibrillator. If anyone could end Kratos, Odin could. He didn’t, but with his planning he could.
Some said there is a diferent theory of when Kratos would die. Basically at the begin of the game when he face Thor for the 1st time. By not going into spartan mode like he use to do it and give up to rage, Thor decide the fight wasn't fun and after he knocked him out cold he use the hammer as a defibrilator to bring him back when he could end him at any point. All that prophecy was was if Kratos would go all out from the begin against Thor but since he didn't had the fun he wanted, he let Kratos live after he was fine with the fight. Even one of the dialogues Atreus said when Kratos came back was "i was about to got to look for you". Remember the mural has Kratos lying on the floor, Atreus there and Thor looking. In other words, Thor change everything by using the hammer as defibrilator and not finishing off Kratos right there.
And the even better part is, at the end of the game, Kratos finds the real prophecy that Faye hid from them. Faye knew Brok, so if she could account for him being alive, she knew what truly would have happened and would have set the real prophecy into motion

When Brok spit on the Draupnir Spear, he was sealing the blessing within the spear. Whether blessing a person, place, or thing, the old way is to spit on whatever you have intended to bless.
This scene between Brok and Kratos melted me, is showed the growth of Kratos, the trust he had for Brok, and the amazing wisdom of Brok with his weapons being a tool for peace, not endless war.
Bro my heart broke for brok and then they put it back together when kratos asked him to bless the spear. Not gonna lie I cried like a bitch for that scene.
