I love to see black men building. Pimpin Ken is absolutely correct, I’m in real estate and can confirm everything he’s saying are facts. My problem is where I live at black people still hire whites for their real estate needs even though they know what I do. It’s sad Forreal cause I’m a stand up individual, but that mental slavery a mf. All I can do is keep grinding. I just lost my mother on 6/7/24 it’s been rough but my mom would want me to keep going. So ima keep grinding! ✊🏿

he doesn't have any because as per usual, he didn't do any research prior to the interview, as per ususal. He was learning and listening too in real time. (which is good, but NOT as an interviewer) have background knowledge so you can participate in conversation and learn as it progresses.
