Easy after next gen update weapon mod glitch in Fallout 4!

You will need gun nut 4 and science 4 for the glitch to work
you can glitch it using a keyboard and mouse to trick the game into the getting the modifications without the cost and requirements
I think the glitch can also be done with the striker as that legendary works like kremvhs tooth where the effect is just a unique mod

You can create an actual infinite ammo gun with the thirst zapper and fat man.

I always played this game the way it was supposed to be played how ever since the next gen update I’ve been glitching and stuff the game with dlc no moddes and man I’m having a blast this play through also I have been wrecking with the spray and pray

@GamingExploits just completed the glitch it does work but you did not mention to change the launcher to standard before applying the mirv it worked now after I changed it from mirv to standard back to mirv when the final part of the glitch occurred
When i used the piggy bank launcher mod it used the piggy banks instead of the guns ammo
Sadly some mods dont work. Ones that work consitantly are :
the mirv/piggy bank from fatman,
Lorenzos gamma gun wave dish
Harpoon (they will launch actual entities into the world i assume after a certain amount youll just crash so use carefully)
These are the only ones i get to work on multiple guns. The missle launcher only quadruples your magazine, it doesnt shoot rockets sadly. The new makeshift weapons dont work either except for the piggy bank mod, and then it uses piggy bank ammo not glitched ammo :/

@@Chillycan132 The Targeting Computer from the Missile Launcher changes the projectile type to homing missiles - if you are still interested in a Pipe Missile Launcher.
@@maybee5059 naa I got the mirv on a 10 mm
So i got a 44 magnum hardened receiver onto a pipe pistol, but i didnt see much change in damage. I assume its gotta be a better ammo type like missles or nukes, which sucks because i wanted a rapid fire magnum for cheap.
I'm going to give this shot because I found a pistol with a perk that gives it unlimited Ammo and no reloads😂
Be sure to save before you fire that thing haha, it sounds lethal
Some are saying it’s visual. With many it didn’t work for me, sometimes it completely broke weapons. I do think it works though, right now testing a never ending sub with 50 cal and I’m pretty sure it does more dmg, others should test and report back

@@football4610 yeah… but to play at least %1 safe is better to avoid those and have a never ending ammo gun that can shoot nukes forever in one direction
Got a better idea. Instead of using a 10mm pistol, use a double barrel shotgun. It'll shoot 6 nukes at once

The visual of the mod attaches but the ammo shoots pistol I tried it with the missile launcher?

@@mtvtom gamma dish on a pistol worked for me though first time it worked then the animation went but was unsure if the affect was still in it tried again and it seemed to work?
Did you transfer the missile mod onto the pistol? Or a pistol mod onto the launcher?
I did this but it said I need mini nukes instead
I recommend trying the revolutionary sword stun mod on a ripper. Extremely good fun.

Maybe change the order of weapons?
You transfer the ammo type you want, so if you want a pipe pistol to shoot missles you'd scrap the launcher to get that mod transferred. If it's not giving you the visual glitch you messed up the timing.
@@Skylar.H93 I put a mini nuke on a pipe pistol, and it worked, the nuke was hovering over the gun. But it still shot normal pipe pistol rounds

Has anyone tried attaching a pistol grip to non-pistol weapons, so the weapon benefits from the pistol perks? For example, putting a pistol grip on a combat rifle or hunting rifle.
I did the thinguly but my gun still fires .38 ammo it just has a mini nuke in my face did I do something wrong?

Can confirm for anyone curious that it still works as of June 14th. Mine fires uses 10mm but fires like an MIRV

That’s bc he didn’t explain that is part of a dlc. A good work around is farming jets with the dupe for needed parts and use those for caps as they are worth more than anything else you can farm.

Just level up and put points into those perks, although I also think intelligence and can help you up faster. If you don’t want higher intelligence but want to level up faster, probably just put points into idiot savant
No you can't. Far from it. Specific weapons only, not any weapon.

Whenever I do it it just shows “faradays program” which is a misc holotape doesn’t show the pistol

This happened to me too, except it's any random inventory item, if you empty it completely, it will show the pipboy. I'm on steam deck so I'm having trouble renaming the weapons to 0 & 1. Maybe that's my problem 🤷

I also just tried on multiple different gun combos on Xbox, it either just puts the mod on the gun visually, crashes, or pull up a random item instead of the gun your trying to mod when you scrap
Does not work on xbox anymore. It pulls random item from quest items, instead of switching to next weapon. This was 06.03.24
