Absolutely loved this video. As a fellow Aussie real estate investor I really appreciate your efforts mate. Thank you so much for this valuable information Kent 🇦🇺😀
Can you help me? I plan to buy a house when l've reached $100,000 in savings, so far l have $70,000. 'cause l want to put $30,000 down for deposit. And have $30,000 for fees, especially ones l don't know about, and $30,000 for repairing the house over time, and $30,000 to buy furniture. And have $10,000 for emergencies. Is it enough, or do l need more money???
Good info! Really helpful. Although I suggest you use a better audio/mic in your videos. Really hard to listen to the content with the strong wind/loud sound in the background
Finally I’ve come across a guy in Australia talking good property advise! So refreshing to watch!
This is invaluable information. It is so hard to get good info in Australia - most vids are in the US
That's one of the reasons why I was keen to start making videos

It depends on the purchase budget. But $10k buffer does sound sensible. What is your savings rate?
Great video
