Fantastic video! You bailed me out when I got stuck at the arm rest/pull removal because I was watching another creator who wasn't using a Cayman S. The snaps around the perimeter were insane and I would likely have bailed on the project if I didn't see your struggle as well! Thank you so much!

If I’m looking to simply replace the door handle trim, do I need to remove the entire door trim or just the mirror adjustment piece and torx behind handle?

The trick is to use a thin metal pry tool and a wedge shaped one at the same time on each clip to make them pop open. I ripped my door apart the first time too,. Looks like you separated the two skins to some degree?

Hello, do you have a video that shows how to remove the lower center console area. Not the shift knob/ash tray area but the center that usually has a shelf or cd holders?

What was all that stuff that fell out when you pulled the bottom of the door pannel out?? Also it was VERY unclear what part you replaced. For a DIY it would have been helpful to see the old part next to the new part to show what was wrong/broken and why it needed to be replaced.
+Christopher McChesney it was unclear about the part that was replaced because, as I said in this video, that repair is being covered in a separate video. This one is only meant to show how to remove the panel. 😁
And I’m not sure what that stuff was… seemed like the panel had been removed before and it was possibly some dried up sealant or something that shouldn’t have been there 🤷♂️
Hello, I have a 99 Porsche boxster 986 and my drivers door will not unlock by the key, outside handle it inside handle,. Do you know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Always a challenge with all the varying door panel snaps and screws. They were almost like one-way snaps.
