This is really fantastic and beautifully done, both writing and cinematography-wise. You did a great job with visual storytelling, especially on a short film like this where you had to convey a lot of backstory in such a small amount of time (loved the shot where the maid is silhouetted and we're looking up at the big billboard screen). Kat Tramantano's acting was excellent, she conveys so much without speaking which really drives the point home that the maid's boss is making a conscious decision to ignore her autonomy, when she says so much with just her facial and body language. Great job, I look forward to seeing more from you in the future!!

Beautiful cinematography, succinct & powerful story telling... Although it is a Sci-Fi short, it is talking about the world we are living in, where poor people do not have a voice (even with votes in their hands) and the rich and powerful can screw the silenced poor who are serving them. The working masses should not work so hard just to say "No!". Time for a change!

The tension created between the scenes, especially at the end was just so amazing, i loved the way the story was told, the performance by the lead actress was exceptional, she conveyed so much with just her expressions, the cinematography and shots, added and told so much. All the best.

@@voskresenie- consent of women, difference between rich and poor how only rich can voice their true words like in real world hah...and ofc joy value and luck to be able to communicate that it is such a beautiful feeling ...maybe the influence of capitalism in our world today that people even need to buy fucking words for real

This film is pretty good but the ending was obvious midway through it. To make it really good, something is missing but I don't know what...
That's my 2 cent on this short film but the other one ("nothing, except everything.") is really, but really good. I have nothing to say against it and with my first sentence you can understand that it doesn't happen a lot. You just got yourself a new subscriber and fan.

ASL doesnt exist which is a huge plot hole. Bigger point , Ithink the bald dude knows his MAID doesn't enjoy it. Why would her being able to say no stop him. I get it's a short field so it's up to the viewer, but big plot points like these shouldn't be overlooked imo

Hmm. That man in black who was following her could have been her employer following her home so he could steal her money 💰. Thus preventing her from buying the word no, so he could abuse her longer. Seems like a metaphor for what is happening in a bunch of workplaces nowadays. 😢
