Try using your hips more. Like a “pop” kinda thing. If that makes sense. So if you double jab it should be like “pop” “pop” with hips involved. Make sure exhale when when punches are thrown.
One tip is also rotating your arm when you throw the jab, so that the thumb points down. This then makes your shoulders go up to your cheek and protect you more. This won't make the punches harder, but it's good technique 👍
throw full extension with thumbs to the floor. pop your jab with your shoulder and build the explosion. retract your jab back to guard as fast as you fired it out. get good at your jab when stationary, then practice when moving, stepping each direction on the jab.
In the morning have hot water with lemon and honey, it's good for losing weight. Also go for jogs, when you do some cardio and start sweating you'll start reducing weight
Just go on a diet and do exercise. In diet you have to do nothing but cut out snacks and tea. In exercise just do some jogging, jumping jacks, squats, planks and sit ups/crunches. I did that and my weight became stagnant and my waist size decreased from 33 to 32. It's nothing difficult
Most boxing gyms don't charge anyone to train there, at least where I'm from. The only thing you'd have to pay for is registration to compete in amateur fights, usually no more than 80 to 100 bucks if you're under 18. For adults it's around $125. It's also usually a 1 time payment depending on where you're located. However, I will say if you're not 100% serious about the sport, it's better to just train and spar than to fight anyway, it's entirely up to you.

With your jabs make sure your chin is all the way down try throwing the jab full extension and bring it all the way back to your cheek that's how

I started at home, do the same. Literally, throwing hands is free? If you were to tell me "I'm poor i can't go to gym" Maybe thats acceptable?
