I'm glad you included the bit at the end to show the tree was still not there. Others, less reputable UA-camrs, have been caught paying trees to pretend to be taken down, only for them to be found standing not even a month later!
I've been doing similar chores with my Cat 303.5 E2 CR mini. Limbing up some trees and taking down rotten oak and ash trees on my rural property. Then machine piling the limbs to be burned at a later time. I just torched off my first pile of the 20/21 burning season two nights ago. It was perfect! A little drizzle came through ahead of me lighting the pile, then stopped for a few hours. After the pile had burned down to a bed of coals, the rain came back and turned it into a soggy ash heap the next morning. I love burning stuff just like AC! Thanks for the vids Andrew, Levi & Cody...aka Team Camarata!
" I couldn't have gotten much closer to that camera" My thoughts exactly. I thought you must had measured that tree for cinematic effect prior to dropping it.
A few years back I dug up the root ball (shovels, picks and an axe) of a tree a little bigger than that and it too THREE WEEKS! You surely know how to make quick work of a huge project.
As the owner of a small tree service company, my clients would look at me very perplexed if I showed up with a excavator to remove their trees...but we're talking Andrew here.
You know you are a boss when you find an old memory card with footage from a couple years ago, slap a quick shot of current time at the end and get a couple hundred thousand views in a days time. Love It!
perfectionist. I just bought a Hitatchi 50U because of you, lol Love your videos Andrew. Won't be long you will hit 1 million. I ran into a guy up here in northern Ontario, in the middle of the bush while atv'ing and your name came up. He was another big fan. You are getting famous.
Notice - Andrew taking down a tree. Open channel, hit thumbs up, watch video. Andrew back in action is like pure breathing pure oxygen. Invigorating, as I'm watching with a cup of coffee. Keep them coming,.
I just discovered your channel and am amazed of how big of a following you’ve created. You obviously have passion for what you do, hard work ethic, dedication and excellent editing skills man. Keep it up 👍🏼
He chuckles at the tree still being gone. If it was a hackberry it would have grown back eight from the pieces of root left behind and in 2 years they would have been six feet tall.I love the B quality too keepem coming
When I was young like you, I did all that kind of stuff and I never wore hearing protection. Now I have really nice hearing aids, but they don't help my tinnitus. :(
The excavator was the right way to take this one down - the explosion of dead branches on the ground was fun, when a tree is this far gone, it's easy to have the vibrations of a chainsaw drop a 50 lbs branch from 50 feet up on your head, and a hard hat, even if it's orange, can't do much about your spine telescoping. But he still should have worn the safety gear for the chainsaw.
A lot of the tree guys on UA-cam do it for a living, as in primary source of income. If they post a bunch of stuff on the internet with them and their employees not using basic required PPE for their line of work, can very easily lose their insurance coverage.
Sounds like a lot of you admire not using PPE. You’re real big cool guys for that. Some day you’ll be crying in the hospital, having your PPE thoughts changed the hard way 🤗
Andrew has a drone. The altimeter feature present in most drone apps is highly accurate. He probably used the drone to accurately measure the height of the tree before cutting and thus was able to accurately place the ground camera just beyond the path of the falling tree. But that's none of my business.
My friend and I have removed a stump with a pair of shovels before and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. The roots were really tough. The machine makes it look like a cake walk.
hello andrew great job on taking out the old tree and clearing where is was standing and great eye on that pin that came out with the digger scoop hooks up always nice to see you keeping yourself busy and working so thankyou for this video and until next video i say bye for now from Randy from ontario.canada take care and please stay safe out there everywhere you go p.s i apologize for be late on watching and commenting on this video.
that tree shot was epic
Looked like Minecraft
The tree exploded!
instant fire wood
Thats was so cool it looked like CGI, the sound was great too!
AC lets old footage improve like a good wine, adding extra value with 2 years later after shots. We all love that!
Andrew does that before and after work with a salvaged time machine he picked up at auction! 😉
@@mrpesky163 they say it only needed a flux capacitor.... so andrew made his own
Very true ac is great
I said it in one of the other "B side" videos that if his videos are "B" sides then ours are "D" sides

Yes, he probably measured it in how many chain saw lengths.
Charlie Chaplin precision!
I don't think he care if he hits the camera or not, the effect is good either way.
Good to see Levi still up and around.
I stop everything I’m doing whenever a new Camarata video comes out. Keep em coming!
Its like watching those shows back in the days on discovery. So good.
Yeah much better than whats on there now
@@adiboo8142 Sure is, the stuff now lack substance.
