Bring essentials! Don't bring extra stuff you don't use during the ruck! What do I bring? An extra Tshirt that I won't use until the end. A luxury item.
I brought extra socks and it's my #1 item. Walking around with sand in your feet sucks.
When doing a challenge do you need reflective strips on a rucker 4.0 or is the built in reflective stripe acceptable on its own?
