- In this video we were problem solving 12V electrics in a campervan which is owned by the UA-cam legend "Taffs Destination"
As Taff lives in his van fulltime we look at Vanlife winter problems and upgraded his failed campervan battery to a 200ah lithium battery.
A great camp and overnight stay at Brown farm cam psite, located in the valleys of the Longmynd in the Shropshire hills.

The Bluetti AC70 was a fantastic power station and also provided a great means of powering up ancillary items without relying on electric hook up.
You can find the product on the link below.

We also fitted Taff a great lithium battery to keep how powered for winter as he embarks on his winter vanlife.
The battery is bluetooth compatible and can check on the current state of the battery in real time.

I think that I may have been one of the people to recognise you at the show in Farnborough albeit I was there for the H&S and not car side! Good to see you back out and filming and looking forward to seeing you back in the fells and a few trails and wild camps.
Cheers Phil, yes it was good to meet you chap. Look forward to hitting the trails
Hello Dave here is a product that may interest you to use with the bluetti and other power banks its a 12v to 45v inverter style product that can be powered by van battery or solar to charge your solar generators when driving. its called an Etaker f100 and there are a few video's on UA-cam ref them. unfortunately they don't have a UK supplier but say they will cover postage and taxes from the states and back should the product develop a fault. they would not gift me one as at the moment I don't have a large enough channel to promote the product in the UK although did offer a slight discount but it may be worth you having a look and possibly trying to bag one. I know bluetti etc have something similar but it is the first I have seen that has a power feed from the van battery and from solar.
Hey, cheers for that, I’ll have a look but won’t reach out.
Good to see you back...Ok not related to this video but last year you did one titled "simple fault, turned out to be you worst nightmare.. I left this comment "So how would I contact the guy regarding some upholstery and would you have the "what 3 words" for the park up you was at with the rolling clouds plz"... I hope you can help..👍👍
Hey my apologies, I must have missed this comment you posted. The guy is now abroad living, so unable to use him.
Hmmm I’ll have to look back for the comment and see which location you were on about.
@@DaveOutdoors Oh ok and no worries..
Hi where did you get the seat covers from mate
Hi they were from uk custom covers
@@DaveOutdoors just been on there site there out of stock 😂
Maybe try eBay, they have an eBay shop
What kettle are you using? Have you got a link?
Type in low wattage kettle on Amazon and you will find it. Can’t send link or UA-cam delete the comment
@@DaveOutdoors thank you
Have you changed the van ? I thought you had a Renault Master?
Always had the shitroen relay chap. Saying that, I had a Vauxhall vivaro prior to this
The last video i watched you smashed the back window in the wind at that site in Llandulas at Christmas.
That was in the same van.
