I have double vision due to a lazy eye and it goes away when I close one eye. Both eyes are a bit lazy, but my left eye is BAD. My son had double surgery to correct his when he was 8. I’m not sure how he did so well, but he did and he had his eyes open the next day. The first night was a bit rough. His eyes were bloody for weeks. I’m too scared to get the surgery lol. Definitely couldn’t do both at once 😨
@@Vision-Vibes my binocular diplopia was caused by lasik ...for some reason after i got overcorrected slightly +0.75 , my brain lost its ability to fuse the images and it also developed some sort of induced amblyopia ( at an adult age )where my brain tries to turn off the weaker eye post-lasik by either converging it inwards or shutting down the eyelid ..........my case is layers of complications and it's the most complicated case that no eye doctor could / can solve........I just tell people about my case in hope that some eye researcher offers some help in exchange for seeing something new in terms of how the brain communicates with the eyes in adults............
Best explanation I've seen online

@mikjam6558 oh no! Have you talked to your eye doctor about getting prism lenses to correct for it?
