To people who don’t understand what seeing nothing means, close one eye. Now, your brain will ignore the closed eye’s vision, and you’ll see through the other one. That’s what seeing nothing means.

Everyone saying I can’t comprehend what seeing nothing looks like because the human body can’t visualize something that you can’t imagine. Or that they’ve never seen before. Boom! 💥

Well I learned something about myself, I have blue eyes, but I also have white/yellowish rings around my pupils, stronger yellow/green on my left eye and more faint yellow on my right eye. Is that Central Heterochromia?

I have glaucoma basically and I’m only 23 and like trying to keep what’s left of my eye sight but I’m legally blind as the doctor said my vision is 20/400-1 and that my eyes are sensitive to light I see things very VERY up close but anything that’s maybe a few steps away becomes a big blob or just a huge figure, like looking at a person that’s a few steps away looks like a human figure with human skin obviously and a shirt and pants and hair but the like detail on them isn’t there I can’t see their face stuff like that

I can’t tell you percentage how many percent I can see with my eyes but I can tell you right now my love right eye is extremely blurry I’m like I’m looking at the screen right now and all I can see is blur but I have no peripheral vision whatsoever

My sight is normal, but I usually don't see any dreams. The time since I fall asleep till I wake up feels like 2 seconds. Because I have lack of phantasy and I am very monotonous generally, I have the capability to think nothing at all. So if there isn't anything in your mind, you have no clue of time either.

Naw I got the diabetes one bc I always have faded splotchy translucent shapes kinda dark looking BUT FROM WHAT I KNOW I AIN'T GOT NO DIABETES 😭

I’m half blinded, I think I couldn’t see in my left eye since birth or something bc I had surgery that eye to keep those eye muscles stay I’m legally adult now and when I was growing up I noticed my eye ball drifts to the side in pictures or in the mirror

I have double vision due to a lazy eye and it goes away when I close one eye. Both eyes are a bit lazy, but my left eye is BAD. My son had double surgery to correct his when he was 8. I’m not sure how he did so well, but he did and he had his eyes open the next day. The first night was a bit rough. His eyes were bloody for weeks. I’m too scared to get the surgery lol. Definitely couldn’t do both at once 😨

I understood this so much better than how my optometrist explained. But, they probably don’t have time to explain all this when they have tons of appointments after yours.
