I did similar, with less tools and less skills at hand. I found someone selling some excellent quality black Recaro LX style seats for $400 on craigslist. He had them in an autocross setup Volvo. They had a universal slider that didn't seem was going to work in a fox. I removed my factory LX seats and did a measurement like you did, of how far apart the factory mustang bracket bolt holes were. It seemed the recaro bottom had enough material to simple drill some new holes and put a bolt/nut on them. I rather lazy solution, but it's worked fine for several years.
Glad you where able to get yours done. I could show the lazy way like you said you did. However I'd like to show solutions that have a good long term fix.
Looks good! I had a pair of Corbeaus in a fox and my dislike was always how high they sat with their brackets. Those look to sit pretty similar to a stock seat
Recaro sliders are part# 0.70.9NT and Planted seat brackets. I did a video about this . Corbeau brackets definitely don't fit and are too narrow I tried 😂

You do amazing work. Do you happen to know if they sit higher or lower than the factory seats with your brackets?
They seem to sit the same from what we have seen. It's the factory track. The main plate was 1/4 thick. So you shouldn't seem much if any difference
