Can you buy ammo anywhere ? i started the game yesterday :)
Something I've learned of the surveillance camps is that if you set it to private and enter the world, the camp will be off cooldown and you're able to run it. Upon completion it goes on the 5 minute cooldown, but if you open the zone to public then leave back to Albion, then set back to private and re-enter the zone it'll be back off cooldown. Allowing for constant uptime on camps meaning while yes stealth hacking provides more per instance, just speed killing everything and reloading the area might be faster.
you can actually zone out to a dif area sector of the same map too, and it should work on private. It lets you run multiple surveillance camps at once if you have several you want to farm :)
@@Aznvasions Only to a point, seems like you only get a handful of instances, so eventually you'll hit your own timers, but it is quicker.

Or you could, you know, just go to a different zone in the map and go back to the zone you were farming to reset the timer without the load screen from going to a different map.

im not sure if you have discovered this by now.
tip 3: that is a hard mode infiltration operation mission reward and when you either run to that location on hard mode or activate it from the terminal in albion on hard mode, you will see it on the reward table.
hard mode infiltration operation amorphous materials do not show up on any other map than the infiltration operation terminal in albion, also each infiltration operation mission on hard mode has 2 amorphous patterns that you change between from the 'change' option at the top right.
been enjoying this game so far, hope the issues get addressed tho, and if the game had trading that would be amazing

The green numbers i assumed was because i had toxic on a weapon while i was using freyna but that got debunked when i used a different descendant....great to know its because the enemy is weak to whatever elemental damage i have on the weapon....also its good to know about the weak points on colossi...i was wondering if the exposed spots were still considered weak points after u break the armor (it would make since to be, but its a video game)

Yes. Its called Arche Acceleration.
@@clover4497 i did test that but is seems that didn't work in my valby, i wanted her 2 to cast a little more faster but the module didn't affect the casting speed at all. Maybe affect some other descendants more but is not her case unfortunately
@@clover4497this increases ability speed aka if it’s a projectile it increases how fast it moves and how far it goes , it’s worded poorly
can you stun bosses indefinitely since their weak spot keep regenerating again, or can you only stun it a limited amound of times even if the weak spot appeared again ?
My current biggest confusion is exactly what status from wespons do and how they scale. For example is the damage of poison based on the size of the hit? Can you have multiple poisons at once? Do they deal toxic damage in which case does scaling toxic damage double dip? If anyone knows where i can find and read up on this for each status id love to know
If you have something with elemental damage it straight up tells you how much damage the elemental effect does on the main screen.
Going into modules isa different story. If you have a toxic weapon and put on a toxic mod it won't affect the main screen for the gun. It'll add a new stat into the module menu for said elemental damage. And if you put on an elemental enhancement it'll show the bonus damage being done with said elemental underneath the other stats.
What I like to do is make sure I have three different elements on my guns. So first i make sure a weapon has a yellow elemental damage boost because that's the strongest I've unlocked so far, I'm unsure if there are transcendent skills for weapons, but yellow would be ultimate skills.
So I make sure I have a yellow elemental skill first, then I choose an blue elemental enhancement for the 8%+ extra damage as another element, then I select another purple element mod granting me three total elements.
You could just hyper focus on specific elements and I would suggest that for boss fights, but for general content I cant go wrong with three elements because I'll always be doing extra damage to the enemies I'm fighting if they so happen to be weak to one of my three elements, which they usually are.
I lowkey thought the elemental mods wouldn't do anything unless I had the element itself built into your gun, after finding out that's not the case last night I did some experimenting and i am now melting enemies without really trying in the zone where you unlock pyromaniac. Haven't finished the area yet and i forgot the name of the area, but it's third to last.

@azinvasion can u explain the different skill power mods like whats the difference between skill power and skill power modifier...which is better to use when making a build and which more inportant to have....i know some mods are self explanatory but like idk if like they are additive or multiplicative mods....itd be great of u could provide some clarity on this

There's a default pool for the different biomes. You won't ever get any good random loot, but you will get like commons and stuff that aren't listed
Id be careful doing the stealth hacking,i didnt understand how they worked at first and surprisingly managed to kite and hack all the terminals with like 40 seconds left on my timer,yet for some reason that failed it,figured i did something wrong but after seeing this now realize it bugged
I feel like there's so much going on in this game, but it only tells you about half of it. And that half is given to you by and npc that talks at 100mph so you have to record it and play it back to see what it said.
What I wish I knew before playing The First Descendant is, how many clickbait titles I would see.

New games get a YTer base that usually doesn’t know how to make proper videos. AZN transitioned from Warframe so his videos are much more organized with opinions on the side compared to the gobbled mess that the current people are putting out. Timestamps are a pretty big indicator on if the YTer cares about organization. (Depending on the type of video)

Play whichever one tickles your fancy. They are both forever games that have content that sticks around and doesn't get removed. I still play both to the extent that I feel like giving time to each.

I missed it as a veteran in this genre. Also, this game isn't perfect. We all know this. But also, your opinion is invaluable as this game takes key points from the genre and is objectively a good game
