me almost muting when she is talking about DUNE and the bright lights! Haha! I haven't gone to see it yet!! DUNE is an incredible movie!! The first part was so good! I'm so excited to see the second part!!!!
As always - your enthusiasm is contagious. I can't wait to get my hands on one of those black and red shirts. I ck'd all your links and I guess they're not posted yet - or with my luck I missed out.
You didn't miss out, I still have to screen print the shirts! I'll talk about their release date in the next podcast. Hopefully I have them finished by then!
I was frogging my Four point blanket (caking the yarn back onto my winder) at the start of this video and was casting it back on when you started talking about making one for your preggo sis- I originally cast on the 156 stitches as the pattern said and oh my goodness…. It’s was almost 5 feet wide with the worsted weight yarn I’m using. I want these blankets ( I’m making two- my friend is pregnant with identical girls 🎀🎀) to be cuddle blankets not twin (bed) sized 😂 so now I just cast on 102 stitches. I also made the Lacey rompers, Billie joggers, and berry beanies baby patterns. Can’t wait for you to show us your baby blanket, support chicken, and tank top.
OMG good to know!! I'll cast on 102 then! ahhh she's going to have so much fun with identical twin girls!! Maybe I'm biased since I'm an identical twin lol😉
From all I have heard/read the Throne of Glass series goes along with ACOTAR. I have struggled to get through book one of ACOTAR, but since I am bad about having two or three books going I have been devouring others for now. Thank you for the reminder to go back to ACOTAR.
Congrats o your sister an o you on he new nice or nephew to come! I am so excited for you! I have a new great niece and I am spoiling her, since my daughter has said, she is not having any kids. So I am actually designing my firs big project. I have done a fe small things like a hair piece and a soap sack, but this is coming along so beauifully if I do say so myself. oo bad that it is crochet. I have finally picked up he needles and started to learn to knit. I am really enjoying it. Not sure I will ever love it more then crochet, but I definately am sure I am going to love doing both! I cannot wait to see you in a few weeks on the live! My partner and I are thinking of trying to tape a short vido introducing it this month, and to get questions from commenters. I hope you have a successful trunk show! I am so in love with that colorway, but I am on a yarn and everyhing ban right now, due to life. Hubby has been not doing the best lately and he is never sick, so, we have to be very mindful, since I canno work. I can dream of becoming monetized, bu it will never happen, I do not have ime o tape as ofen as everyone needs, and I do not have th energy to make a on of items tha may not sell. But, I did learn to chart, so I need to get some thing taken care of, and I may sart charting for a designer, and see where I can go from there! Anyway, would love that colorway, bt maybe you will dye something close to it in the future. You know you have a fan for life!
I love the habitation throw pattern by Helen Stewart or Curious Handmade, it's super versatile and would be incredible easy to modify for most weights, but the eyelet rows can be a bit tricky to ge the hang of, but would also be super simple to just not do the eyelets
I’m still waiting for a T redemption arc. I can’t help it. 😂 You need to read Crescent City. I’m reading the Throne of Glass series now. I’ve heard that Crescent City is more meaningful if you’ve read TOG, especially the latest one. Thank you for the Fourth Wing recommendation. It was a little hard to get into, but by the end I was hooked. Now I’m a little salty that I have to wait for book 3
I'm in the middle of both series, but the second book if the crescent city (at the very end) ties the two series. I haven't gotten the third one on my library app so don't know if you could read as a stand alone series!
Congratulations to your sister!! As for baby blankets, what exactly are "baby colors"?? I made a deep olive green blanket, baby came out a boy...a nice dark brown blanket, for a girl...it's the parent's favorite. I'm team unusual colors. 😁 Baby patterns.... Girl sweater...rosebud (I made one black sparkly). Boy/unisex...baby sophisticate, I've made several colors... I think both are free on ravelry. Cardigans are actually "easier" for little babies. .. don't have to fight getting it over their heads. 😊 Don't both darhma and jacquard have fiber reactive dyes?? For plant fibers.
I have the rosebud on my to knit list!! I actually have some sparkly black stash yarn already caked up.... I might copy you! And yes both companies have plant dyes- I just don't have them loL!
Throne of Glass is totally seperate from ACOTAR. I think it might have a crossover moment but they are pretty much different series's. The last Crecsent Book that just came out is a crossover and had ACOTAR characters but I don't think it is the "next" book the the series. I think she is writing it now though! I am also an obsessed ACOTAR fan! I did really like the Throne of Glass too so you should definitly add them to your TBR list.
AAAHHHHH!!! Sis is pregnant!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!! ❣❣🖤❣🖤❣🖤❣🖤
yes baking doodle, its one of my favorite doodles to date
12/10 also am obsessed with you and your Suri base

I love ACOTAR, I agree with you I like Chapter 54 , maybe you should do an ACOTAR yarn collection. I would buy EVERYTHING!
Red Door Fiber Studio did that a couple years ago and I went totally over budget on the Night Court colorways🤣
I’m all about enabling.. I mean making dreams come true 🤩
