CIG is working on 7 unannounced ships but not the 30 in backlog. Typical CIG!
I think the older ships are really hard to work on. They offered a lot lofty gameplay that the game does not support currently. New ships are atleast designed with current or upcoming gameplay making it easier.
The backlog already paid for by backers, no new money for cig

Look at what the ironclad did for them.
They're likely all ground vehicles, variants or variants of ground vehicles. Minimal effort from CIG, maximum profit. Not sure why most refuse to see this. Copium is real.
@@GreatWolfBalistic Are they, though? The Cutter Scout (no gameplay), the RSI Lynx (no gameplay, just luxury), Argo SRV (no real use) and the list goes on.
CIG works on what they think will sell the most, not making what's already sold. Prime example, selling everyone on the idea that the 600i will have a rework with a med bed just bf they put it on sale, then discretely putting it back on the shelf for years.

Rather than constantly working on new ships, they should work on the older ones people paid for. They got no excuse for not making the IDris flyable as it has been flown by AI for years.
We’ve been told when the Idris releases. Go read a little. Or try the Googles.
Starting to really dislike and star citizen. Normally I would be excited for the Polaris but I am not. Star citizen isn't even a game.
