Especially the show where Niles spends the night in Frasier's room and he's doing the breathing exercises before going to sleep, and the reaction of Frasier going "oh for god's sake, Niles!" I laugh to tears and can't catch my breath every time.
Hilarious how Niles wanted Daphne to use her physical therapy on him...and it backfires do to the liniment...and he spends the rest of the episode suffering from it. But acts like it's not bothering him when Daphne is around to show he's tough....LOL I laughed so hard.... I just finished watching the series on Paramount +
I never realized Jane (playing Daphne) broke character a bit until 1:42 😂. John (playing Martin) broke character too. I think they just decided to keep it in the scene rather than do it over. David (playing Niles) had those two cracking up.
@@fleetadmiralperry3389 It’s a product from Singapore, a balm that when applied is supposed to do “something”🤷🏻♂️ to address muscle pain, joint pain and really anything else that’s wrong, ostensibly by “increasing blood flow” or something like that. But if it fails at that, I guarantee that it will certainly distract you from whatever is ailing you due to the fact that it starts to feel like you have a branding iron being applied to you. Goes on cool and doesn’t smell bad, but it heats up after a few minutes and you’ll be getting no rest for awhile afterwards.
I've seen it being described as "the thinking man's sitcom". It might sound a bit arrogant, but I think it's pretty accurate when compared to other sitcoms. By the way it's an American show, not British. Daphne is the only British main character.
It's so incredible how even after 20 years, this show can still make me laugh...

No matter how many times I see this scene, it leaves me in stitches 😂
It's really an acting class in physical comedy from David Hyde Pierce.
@@NightmareScarecrow Not a chance. The jokes aren't as intelligent and the forced laugh track ruins it.
"Frost me like a cake!" 🤣🤣
Wow, Daphne's pain threshold must be intense if she can keep that stuff on her fingers and feel that burn as well.
I thought maybe she’s applied it so many times, her fingers got used to this.
Like Karl Pilkington
The greatest effect is on muscles, espeically injured/inflamed ones. Fingers don't have muscles.

The physical comedy of Niles reminds me of John Cleese in Fawlty Towers. Both sheer geniuses.

We miss John Mahoney 1940-2018. RIP Man.
I just had some Tiger Balm applied to my back and I now have some idea of what Niles is feeling.

Cant wait for the new Frasier!
Was it any good? I couldn't get through 2 episodes, such a disappointment 😔
Someone needs to make a GIF of 2:02-2:05.
Thinking of this today because I've been told I have sciatica. 😂
It's the accents that kill me❤❤❤
Reminds me the first time someone applied Icey Hot on me in my Cross Country days back in high school.
They make me think of jay Gloria and Phil

Why isn’t it burning her she has it on her hands
Because the skin is thicker on our palms. It's the same reason we can snuff out a match without burning ourselves.
To early
So British version of freinds
More like the smarter, better version of Friends.
