Unfortunately this is out of date as of 4/24. Missing items in SPADS Submarine introspection and Sanctuary penetration. *Edit. I was missing collectible 19 and document 9. 9 was in sanctuary penetration, under table right at the beginning and 19 was in Submarine evacuation even though the game shows it missing from Submarine introspection.
