Thanks, just got it. On the accessory straps, to strap a tripod to the bottom of the bag, it looks like you loop them back through the little flexible buckle on the strap so that they don't hang down too low.. Sorry hard to describe but thanks much and all the best.

Hi Jonathan, I have the old 21L but it was a bit too small for carrying photo equipment + books shopping and jacket. Wondering if the 31L is too big for a short guy (170cm) and dense urban travel? I don’t want to bump into others in small bookstores. And has the airflow design improved since the old one was sweaty?

Thanks for watching! Honestly I really think I might. I’m just waiting to “finalize” my setup. I picked up a BMPCC4K for video and was waiting for all the new camera drops to see what my hybrid will be (currently with an A7iii). But with all this COV*D stuff going it’s kind of changed how I use this bag since I don’t travel as much; now it’s more of a gig bag. So a couple things up in the air but in theory it looks like something I want lol.

Michael Fuentes yeah for sure know what you mean. The thin profile definitely helps with that. But for reference the girl at the lake at 3:42 is 5’9 and the girl at 6:20 is 5’7” and this is the 31. Totally depends on if you’re gonna be packing it to the brim though for traveling. But just keep in mind that if you do that with the 31, it will for sure get super heavy.
Your document comment made me laugh out loud. I said the same thing every time I watched a review that mentioned documents in that pocket. They must be spy’s carrying classified documents that they want hidden😂.
Great video! Did you find that the pack fit comfortably under the airplane seat? That’s an important factor for me because I don’t like having to count on finding space in the overhead storage locker.
Thank you! And yup! it has always fit under the seat for me every single time on multiple airlines and plane sizes. I'm the same way so it was also important to me. You'll find that it's a bit longer than the space if you have the roll top packed to the brim which might cause an issue if you have a grumpy flight attendant, but i'd say 95% of the time it never caused an problem.
This would be a nice pack for urban exploring but since theres no dedicated spot for a hydration bladder i probably wouldnt take this on a long mountain bike ride or hike . Shimoda action x 30 would be more suitable . Iam still thinking of picking this bag up thanks for the video
Hmm, yeah I see what you're saying. I haven't used a hydration bladder personally, but I'm wondering if you could maybe slide one into where the laptop sleeve is and have the rub come out the top between the zippers. In any case thanks for watching!
The biggest downside to this bag is that the front material gets scratches easily (see 1:25). Do you get this problem? Is it serious enough to warrant attention?
Not the front pocket (probably, maaaaybe you could squeeze it in with the weebill but it would be awkward), but I would usually carry my gimbal in water bottle pouch on the side and wrap it with a sock lol. Sounds ghetto but I've gotta my Ronin S all around the world like that and it works well.

Good question. I think the Roamer is only 21L right? If you're looking for the bigger size that might be something to consider.

That's a good question. I'm pretty sure the separators are part of the cube since they go inside, but I'd double check with the Wandrd team.
