- Carol of the Bells is one of the Christmas carols I end up teaching the MOST often, because so many people want to learn it!
So I decided to make a video tutorial on the best beginner arrangement to play if you're fairly new to piano.
It's not the easiest song per se, but this is the exact version I teach my own students to get them playing it in no time :-)

This taught my 7 year old boy how to play this song, and now he plays it every time we're at soup kitchen and gets applause, it's so cute ❤ do you have more tutorials similar in teaching and difficulty he can try?

I’ll have to look into it! I like the Carole King songs I’ve heard but I don’t know that one.
@@CoreyLennox It is from the early 70s. I just played it and I think it might be too complicated for beginners to learn. Sorry I couldn’t think of anything easy. 😃
@@ds99 True! It’s a rare song that uses 5 notes or less, and the 70s were one of the most complex eras, which is why I love them.

Can anyone who's a better musician than me explain why I learned two different versions of this song but they both sound like the right song? Which way is the correct way to play it? Or is it just in different keys or something? Because I watched 2 different UA-cam videos and they taught it different ways so now I'm just confused 😭
