That looks good. I make something similar, but I use potatoes, miracle whip, Velveeta cheese, and bacon. I call it my miracle whip cheesy bacon potato casserole. I like potatoes, but I don't like French fries, tater tots, or hashbrowns, lol. I'm weird I know. Anyway, thanks for another great recipe 😋 👍 have a wonderful day ❤
The way you make it sounds wonderful 😊.. it's ok. My sister doesn't like mashed potatoes so mom always had to save some whole boiled not mashed out for her lol
