I gotta say, I've never seen a fire engine where the cab is the shape of an actual cube, but it does look quite neat
On them 540 v8 perkins. Thay have a over fueling device on the injector pump for cold starting witch is operated by putting the throttle pedal to the floor then by pulling a button on a cable witch pushes a button in on the injector pump where the throttle leve pivets on the injector pump you will hear a click then take your foot of the throttle pedal and you are ready to go it's all macanical 👍
Lewries logic "ran when parked, hmm should be fine"
Absolutely!
I did enjoy(!). With headphones the wonderfull deep rumble of the V8 is like music to my ears.
Hi Lawrie. great to see you and the team at Donny yesterday. Caroline.
Interesting video once again. Hope one day to see your car challenges again. Those were really entertaining too.
LMMons 3 is currently being edited

Hello Lawrie
💪🏼🇬🇧
That is all..
I didn't think it was gonna turn over then
Great video, Lawrie 👍.
What's the air ventilation like in the shed?
As you've got to have Jupiter's engine ticking over for a while, I would imagine the air quality in the shed after a time is not good.
Usually if the parking brake is on the low air alarm shuts off
i wondering how other fire truck project going?
I was about to say
Wasn’t this the Fireman Sam truck
Then I saw there is a Fireman Sam plush on the front of driving desk thingy and that answered my question.
Never heard of Fireman Sam
Will you be thinking about taking Jupiter to the Statfold emergency vehicle event? They are running it again after last year's event.
Rev the thing up because a just isn't driving any moisture out the compressor nor will blow the safety valve on the tanks and it's probably not doing the altonator and changing system any good as i seem to remember it takes like 50 to 100 miles to fully change a standard car battery and that's in the middle of summer.
keep it up :)
First ,I love v8s
That is one switch that needs repair, I always say from many years experience... three preheats in winter for a diesel.
I would not remove the buzzer, but I would try to muffle it.
Same steering wheel as a Bristol VR and speedo off Leyland Nationals, Olympians etc
I saw you guys today. I didn't say hello you all were very busy talking to people.
Hey 🙋🙋 i found your channel randomly 🙂 great content.i loved trains as a kid.one time i got a chance to drive a locomotive M2 #570 named alberta and a steam locomotive too 🙋.since then i love everything about trains from old to modern 🙋🙂.now i am binge watching everything.love from srilanka lawrie 🙋🙋🙂🇱🇰...
That stupid low air buzzer would drive me mad.
Better than drive away without air in the brakes🤣. Buzzer is designed to drive people mad.
@ yes but there is anyways going to be a period of time where air will need to build up and you would need to be in the vehicle. If idling a light would suffice. I wouldn’t be able to tolerate it anyway.
Now you know what living with tinnitus is like 😂
Hey, at least it isn't a siren or a fire bell for a low air buzzer.
