FINALLY they added the loadout system, so glad about that! Back when I played this game actively the process of rebuying everything every time wasn't that bad but the time wasted doing that stacked eventually when your head suffers from bullet magnetism like mine does in game.
I'm really happy as well. I started playing Hunt relatively late (february of this year) but I quickly realized, it's the best shooter out there. Big compliment to Crytek for making this gem and actually staying in touch with the community and fulfilling their wishes. The loadouts and reconnect feature will add a lot of quality of life. So psyched!

I probably have hours of my life I have dedicated to purchasing the same stuff over and over.
This and the reconnect system are sooo good.
That bump from 30fps to 60fps for series X and PS5 is awesome
The dev team really hit the nail on the head with all these recent cool updates!
I'm glad all my asking for a reconnect option (like any option at all) finally paid off. It doesn't have to be a perfect system, just a chance to get back in the game if my internet goes out for a like a second or some other random crash.
Honestly glad they nerfed the antidote shots. Their previous times were ridiculous, even the base one would last the average player the entire duration of their game. Hopefully now they will feel more like a utility in line with the stamina and regen shots, and not just a "Watch as I never have to worry about poison ever". Also really glad they reduced the cost of legendary hunters, honestly felt the previous price was too much for having no equipment, sure they have 3 random traits, but its a coin toss of whether they will be worth it or not.
Legendary hunters are down to 200$ now. Awesome change as well!

Oh man presets are finally coming. I’ve gotten so fast at doing my load out based off muscle memory. Now it going to be easy peasy. Do you like using Caldwell Pax or Scottsfield? Maybe a future comparison vid? Love the content definitely helped step up my game in Hunt.

I just bought this game. I love it regardless of the steep learning curve. That said, this is the only game I have connection issues with. Does anyone else have these constant problems, and if so how do you combat it?
Can you be more specific about these connection issues?
Enable your ping display and make sure your ping is below 80.
in comparison to other multiplayer gamed I've played, Hunt has had the worst server/connection issues
@@qlm923 a lot of instances of 'rubberbanding' and constant DeSync issues. i'd say my internet speed is fairly good too

Cheap throwing axe is great for me, throwing axe actually became my favourite melee weapon

Hey man, big request here, but can you make an updated guide to all the shotguns and their ammo types? Specifically Romero, spectre, and crown and king, but the double barrel is a good toss in too.

It's says version 1.719 9n Series X and it feels like 60 fps now or am I tripping ? None of the new weapons or custom loadouts are in so did they remove the 30 fps cap before the new update? Anyone else feeling like it's 60 fps now ?

Because there's got to be a more defined difference between the large slot and its medium counterpart seeing as the mediums are so much cheaper with almost no negatives.

Hunt came a long way. We still need lanterns to be reworked to be useful, like in Escape from Tarkov.

I like the. Martini, not any of the bolties, except maybe the obrez ones with dualies... but I like this new rifle, I might use it alot

You'll need to get used to having 3 rounds or else you'll get the dead man's click alot, but...its a bit cheaper alternative to the other bolties and has the benefit of 2 slots for ammo types... very niche in alot of ways but fits between everything rather well as a sort of... specialist boltie carbine?

The Berthier just seems so useless to me... Its like it wants to fill a niche in between the Lebel and the Vetterli tho there really isnt a niche to fill especially when the Berthier almost costs as much as the lebel which doesnt have the low magazine size issue and is slower to bolt than the Vetterli giving it nothing special or unique. The ONLY upside to the Berthier is the high ammo reserve it has and higher long ammo pick up from crates which in return leaves you with bullet grubber dependency and 3 round limitation, even the ability to switch in between 2 ammo types is a drawback in my opinion because with long ammo the only thing people use is Spitzer anyways which would require you to buy the ammo twice... Overall its a very weird pick from the devs as the gun really doesnt bring anything new to the table. Tho I suspect theres gonna be price changes or other tweaks with this gun, a Deadeye variant definitely would make the gun appealing and would at least give it one reason to be bought. One meme that the devs might add is the Variant of the Berthier which has a curved chauchaut machinegun mag attached to it which would essentially put all the reserve ammo into a single magazine comparable to the obrez drum. How realistic that would be is a differente question of course.

They need to add the ability to ban night maps or something if they're going to stop people from leaving them.
At 8% chance of night I don't mind it so much, but certainly if they increase the chance again an opt out would be very nice.

We were fine for most of the year, but unfortunately had an outbreak two months before our vaccine rate would have made restrictions unnecessary.
Did they also change the map (the TAB map)? At least the ‘greyed out’ parts after collecting clues. Looks kinda weird, probably because it’s unfamiliar…

That patch is gonna be HUGE! I just wish they would put more effort into region locking China, Russia, limiting ping to 130ms. Actually banning hackers that's been reporting over 20 time, we keep seeing more than 1-2 EVERY nights, and some of them like "TheDankSide" 8 time in 1.5 night like really out of all players and servers we keep getting match with him!?
That "hidden stat" is pure bs only there to protect identity of hackers and prevent a steam report, nothing more like GJ Denis. Also is it too hard from them to have a 1 click button to fully sell all the garbage that 99% hunters come with so I can choose my legendary guns and out tools in the right slot? So much clicks and time wasted everytime. Gets annoying after 1850H+
Will they ever give console player the ability to remove motion blur I'm on ps5 and it make the game unplayable it wasn't as bad on ps4

All i heard was preset loadouts. New guns new skins new perks just arent enough to sign me up for another year of stress. Different game mode would be great. Quickplay isnt popular enough. Swap that for free for all tdm capture the bounty. Anything.
Team vs Team capture the bounty sounds fun as fuck actually, I like that.
Why do people hate antidote shots that much?! I mean I know I'm saying this as someone who runs them a good bit but Jesus christ. It's not THAT strong
It's strong if you want to use any kind of poison weapon in PvP, in fact it more or less makes that approach useless.
To me it feels really strong even just for the AI-- meatheads, hives, and spiders give me a real problem when I don't have it sometimes.

Thought I'd mention that at some point poison also got nerfed for PvE,
I used to run silence nagant with poison alot and I played it again recently on live and the poison bullets no longer one shot armoured or immolators
I don't remember seeing that in any patch notes
And it's not why I stopped using poison nagant, it was because I want to complete my weapon masteries and it also sucked how often people would have an antidote and you couldn't tell until too late, bringing this back to your point
Ok you all are making some points. I'm someone who never even considers running poison over all the other options anyway.

Good vid but I think its uncouth to thwart the only thing console had that pc didnt. Console deserves a full quarter year of personal attention(to make the pc and console experience fairly looked after) instead of just being laughed at.......
Lmao please tell me you are joking! Giving pc players a gamma slider ain’t going to make a difference. Controller and mouse is both supported on console. You can also turn off cross play. I play on console with crossplay on and never for a second felt like pc had a advantage.
Hunt has so many different variables and X factors during any given game that it makes the pc vs console (mouse/controller) aim debate MUTE

The poison tracking skill is pretty useless considering a mild poison antidote shot lasts an entire match. It should be nerfed to make this and mithridist more useful.
This game is such a buggy mess. I’ve been playing since launch and every problem they correct another arises. It’s getting inexcusable so far after it’s come out.
Game seems pretty okay to me. Only issue i have is hitting someone with a sparks and then uppercut and them surviving
