Gary Tonon's been my boy since time immemorial. Entertainment factor, his lack of fear, almost impossible to have a boring match. Wouldn't put money on him to win, but i'll be cheering for him... while i watch CJI
You got me there when I scrolled down and saw the punchline. Garry has certainly a track record of exciting matches. I just wonder if his best days are now in the past. We’ll see… - Ross
Vagners supplement point made me laugh, I think what Jonatas was able to do to couch was super impressive even if it wasn’t very eventful, at 77 he will be one of the strongest in the bracket along with Vagner
If Jonnatas gets on top he's a nightmare to shift. I agree that both him and Vagner can cause a lot of problems. I can see them both getting some points victories. - Ross
This may sound harsh, but sport's about winning and ultimately it doesn't matter how close losses are, they're still losses. Mateusz has defeats to Asare, Langaker, Chen, Taza, Leon. I think to move him up, he'd have to have more wins over guys of that calibre. This weekend is a good chance for him to do that and he might come out of the tournament with a much higher ranking. I was leaning B tier, but I get why Calum suggested we place him where we did. - Ross
It's Mica's to lose but I really feel Alexandra De Jesus and Mateusz Szczeccinski are the dark horses that will medal in this division. Mateusz has the best chance to beat Mica in my opinion Respect to JT Torres & Jonatas Gracie as well. He just be couch and Nicky Ryan so I've got an eye on him too
It'll be interesting to see if Mateusz could catch Mica in a similar way to Kade - i.e. a submission out of nowhere. Mica did nearly get footlocked in the first round of one of the IBJJF majors. If he is to lose, that's probably the most likely way it will happen - an out of the blue sub. I can't see someone outgrappling him over 10 mins +, or staying safe for the entirety over a long match. - Ross
Possibly. We'll keep playing around with the look of it and are still learning about this. But if you think that would be better, we'll take your point on board.
I think JT has to be a dark horse and that's crazy. Cant wait for your follow-up vids and maybe a watch party next time 🎉
Glad to read you're enjoying he content. We'll no doubt have a lot to say after all the events.

Oracle rolling out the pods this week, mad for it!
Glad you’re enjoying them.
Mateusz fear factor purely puts him up there 🫣😂
Yeah, when it comes to fear factor, probably S-tier!

That being said I can’t see anyone other than Dante beating mica

Sczezinski's losses are ridiculously close. I think a B tier placement would have been good.

can you actually show the tier list throughout the video?
Possibly. We'll keep playing around with the look of it and are still learning about this. But if you think that would be better, we'll take your point on board.
Putting JT in B Tier and Taza in C is not well thought out at all...
Why do you think that?
