He randomized. He wanted to call only 25% of times and fold 75%. One could do this with the second handle of a watch, or some players do it with the orientation of a chip

Honestly the river call probably isn’t even the major the mistake it more of the river bet of 75k what value are you trying to get from KQ with the Q of clubs bc he’s got the ace of clubs so he’s blocking the only other hand for value AK with the ace of clubs to bluff catch or bluff it would make more sense if he had AA with no A of club and bet small and called a river jam bc then airball can have all ace high club bluff and two pair and sets would just call the small bet so then AA would be the perfect bluff catcher but think if I was a billionaire I would also just call it off and call it a night 😂
