Thanks for the video, Alex! I know it's more time consuming, but having a little screenshot of the cover of the game from BGG in the corner of the screen when you're talking about the ones that didn't stick around would really boost my enjoyment of that section
It is amazing you timestamp everything and one of my favorite things you do. Thank you! I feel like I go after the things I’m really interested in via timestamps, and then relax and watch the whole video after that
6:13 My biggest gripe with the industry. It would take minimal effort for companies to stop printing errors in the rule books. There is absolutely no justification for having 2 people proof read before printing. Selling a product for 60.00 with errors is arrogance and laziness.
AlloPlays handling of River Valley Glassworks really soured me on the game. It’s harder to enjoy feeling like the company took advantage of its supporters to fulfill its contracts with Target and Barnes and Noble.
I spoiled the ending of Eila and Something Shiny while researching it and while I may still buy the game at some point for the gameplay the ending is cringe and unnecessary.

Great video commentary as always by the way.
Sankore's awesome. One of my top games of 2024. My friends didn't enjoy it as much as I did because of the scoring, but I just loved it.
