P.S. - Don't be upset of getting detained or caught by police. I was detained in Nepal for one hour at the police station ( i was riding my neigbours motorbike which operated with no key).

Such kind extortions n blackmailing is more with foreigners in African countries unless you have a permit to shoot videos. It's a different experience but many times it could become a headache.
