    Anyone with diabetes needs a diet low in refined carbohydrates. The keto diet is ideal: high fat, moderate protein. Fat should not include industrial oils, because they're hexane extracted. Margarine, at one stage of its manufacture, is black. Cook in animal fats or mechanically, Not chemically, extracted coconut oil.

    Sourdough bread does not contain yeast, because it's made from only unfortified flour and unfluoridated water, with a Starter made from only said flour and said water, which takes one week to make and lasts a century when maintained correctly.

      The Starter does, as it's fermented, so it transfers that process into & throughout the flour.
