I should clarify I've played the first couple missions of cod 4 before and watched my brothers and cousin beat world at war. Other than this and unlocking dead ops arcade on bo3, I never touched the campaigns.
Man. He‘s the only youtuber where I can watch 45 minutes straight without running out of concentration because it’s the perfect mixture of intriguing gameplay and captivating commentary. It is so unique these days, probably the youtuber with the highest quality made videos ever
@@Contemplatingspider Hey man, why are you bothering my bro with that? If that his opinion, why do you contradict it? Yes, there are many UA-camrs with great content, but perhaps what is an "great video" for you may not be a "great video" for him, in conclusion.. stfu bro
No way i was binge watching some of your videos earlier thinking hope he comes back soon. And you ended up uploading that very same day. Love ya man. Hope you’re doing well and hope to see more of you. The zombies and cod community and more importantly YOUR community needs you!!
In BO1 when the nova 6 gas is being used on the WWII soldiers, one of those soldiers is Dimitri who you played as in World at War which is really sad because that was Resnov best friend and comrade. BTW, good to see you back king.
Not only is this a great video living out something younger me had wanted to do, but it's also a great story recap for every game. Something really good for new fans of the series. 12/10 amazing job
I felt the same way about Black Ops 3's story on release, but when I read into it it's a really amazing plot. The entire game was purposely meant to be a fever dream. Someone took pictures of the text that scrolls in the loading screens and there's story critical information on them - it turns out the player character was in a training accident in the first or second mission and they did an experimental procedure (Direct Neural Interface) on the player and they had interfaced with Taylor during the training mission - the player's consciousness somehow uploads itself into Taylor's DNI. The player passes away but still believes they're alive through this consciousness, experiencing Taylor's memories throughout the game (this is most of the game). That's why the final line in the game was so shocking, a soldier asks for the player's name and the player says "I'm Taylor" to show that Taylor was able to remove the virus and the player from his DNI.
I have played BO3 campaign LOADS of times, and not ONCE was this what I thought the story really was. There's gotta be a point where vagueness and confusion are simply a detriment to the story, right??
SAM THE GOATTTTTT💪💪💪 I fkn love ur content so much dude and I missed this shit! Haven’t watched the video yet, but I hope you’re doing the absolute best you can. Excited ASF for the vid!!❤
Lol😂 similar to destiny annual dlc, I finally started to skip some of every other year. The nail in the coffin this time was the surprise success of warzone zombies and activision literally said “too bad, we have another game we’re working on to sell you next already” for why they wouldn’t be developing or releasing anymore content into zombies. I fully understand the easy cash is the annual sale, it’s just sad with all the battlepasses and seasons and blueprints that they can’t just keep a good game going. Much like how blackout was amazing, was instantly dropped and forgotten, similar to ghost’s extinction game mode.
Well worth the wait since your last video. Thanks for posting! I really appreciate your storytelling in the opening and throughout this long form video.
Really enjoyed this video, think BO1 and 2 were amazing especially when I got the ending of David and Woods visiting Alex’s grave one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve seen in gaming, Loved it.
World at War remains my favourite of the series. Simply because of what you said, it is brutal, honest and raw. It doesn't glorify the horror of what's happening.
Absolutely hit me in all the feels thank you ❤ great video see I never played multiplayer at the start I always had to beat the campaign first so this is fantastic
Hey, I appreciate it when you were doing all the world war II zombies Easter eggs that you explain the story as well and you commented that was a good story. I liked that people don't talk about its story enough
MW3 multiplayer was a masterpiece. It’s funny, I remember when I was 11 playing MW3 religiously I would give anything to be a grown up and do whatever I want. Now that I’m an adult with money I’d give anything to go back to those days to grind camos and Moab’s with my best friends.
idk if this counts, but Treyarch actually made Call Of Duty 2: Big Red One before COD 3. though it's named like an expansion, most treat it like it's own standalone title. they got signed on because of the positive reception that game had also fun fact: because of this, Treyarch only had 8 months to make COD 3.
I never really payed attention to the campaign stories back when I played because I was so young. But this video really made me appreciate the stories, twists, and characters more than I previously did. Thank you Sam for this banger vid.
THANK YOU!!!! WWII is my second favorite cod campaign and all i see is hate for it. I LOVE WWII man i'm happy i'm not the only one who loves WWII's campaign.
I’m only 4 minutes into the video and I can already tell you this is one of the most well commentated videos I’ve ever seen, I’m utterly impressed just how quickly he abbreviates his journeys through his playthroughs even though I’ve played these games countless times. Incredibly grateful this video popped up in my recommended. A quickly earned yet well earned sub. 🤟
I love this video man seeing bo2 made me think of all the fun times I had staying up all night playing origins, then just quit, then Cold.war got my attention and man I'll defend this game no matter what,so many good times man, makes me mourn for a simpler time. A good time
I am so thankful I was able to experience the “golden era” of COD… the younger generation will never truly understand the impact it had on the gaming community😮💨 so many memories and tons of late nights
this man is my polar opposite. I haven't touched a cod multiplayer (other then zombies on WAW and BO2) until 2019. I literally only played cod campaigns on veteran since I was like 4. MW2 (the good one) I used to just rinse and repeat that campaign on veteran until I was like 12.
For me, the hardest campaign on veteran was no doubt BO1. I spent 3 hours on one specific checkpoint in the mission, to the point where I was getting serious deja vu
Yo Sam!!! I been following you when i first got into COD Zombies with Cold War, loved your videos and challenges on it. Now i get this recommended, and i love what you delivered here! Neither did i play a single campaign so far, i only started COD when MW19 launched anyways, but i may play the campaigns i own after i watched your journey.
Ghosts was and still is one of my favourite games. The campaign was a story that NEEDS a sequel. The multiplayer, although had super large maps, was balanced where each gun could stand up against the others, and the extinction mode had a great story of its own.
The twist in BO3 campaign is that the MC (Player) dies in the first mission and all of the other missions are a result of Taylor interfering with MC for the DNI training and that he’s memories was combined with MC’s subconscious. This really is interesting to me too bad they never explained it in the game and you have to dig deeper elsewhere.
whats amusing to me was that COD as a franchise repeated it own history, noticable on MW part imo I seen COD 4 and MW2019 surprised players with gameplay and animation, then MW2 and 2022 being the most anticipated COD to ever know, and finally MW3 and 2023 outsold its prequel combined
I should clarify I've played the first couple missions of cod 4 before and watched my brothers and cousin beat world at war. Other than this and unlocking dead ops arcade on bo3, I never touched the campaigns.
I thought u left, ur videos are great to watch good to have u back
Nice to see you play cod campaigns. When I completed cod waw on veteran I felt like God
You are a really good writer man.
I cant believe you had never played the campaigns, thats wild
It's good to see you back
BO1 might actually be the best cod of all time that campaign is a masterpiece
hi
Yeah
I strongly agree
Indeed so indeed so
Yes

Glaze I know everyone says that but he is not ALL that bro he’s a great UA-camr but bro no
@@Contemplatingspider Hey man, why are you bothering my bro with that? If that his opinion, why do you contradict it? Yes, there are many UA-camrs with great content, but perhaps what is an "great video" for you may not be a "great video" for him, in conclusion.. stfu bro
Gay
no samuel is like that. content is supremely unmatched, argue with a wall
All he did was summarize the plot of the games😂 barely any gameplay and it has nothing to do with his veteran run wtf is this glaze😂
No way i was binge watching some of your videos earlier thinking hope he comes back soon. And you ended up uploading that very same day. Love ya man. Hope you’re doing well and hope to see more of you. The zombies and cod community and more importantly YOUR community needs you!!
Bro literally same. I was just watching his zombie EE vids wondering when he would post again
In BO1 when the nova 6 gas is being used on the WWII soldiers, one of those soldiers is Dimitri who you played as in World at War which is really sad because that was Resnov best friend and comrade. BTW, good to see you back king.
You have brought back my PTSD of WaW on veteran... i can hear the grenades... the quick scope sniper....
Not only is this a great video living out something younger me had wanted to do, but it's also a great story recap for every game. Something really good for new fans of the series.
12/10 amazing job
I'm glad your back! Keep up the good work
Bro your back so good to see you again
That intro was very well made. Its good to see you back !
I literally just got done binging your vids and wished for more content, I'm so glad it's here and you're back!
this was a delightful experience i hope you post more :)

Are you bluffing on him, eh?
2 things are certain every year Taxes & Call Of Duty scamming me out of $100 every November
Lol😂 similar to destiny annual dlc, I finally started to skip some of every other year.

Im really liking the change up from zombies! Glad to have you back :)
It’s wild seeing that B02 mission as “present”. Then I realized it takes place next year
Ghosts campaign was good. Ghosts was underrated
Campaign for sure. I didn’t enjoy the multiplayer much though
I would say the other way around
It was so bad you literally lose it was so bad it never got the sequel
stop the hate lil bro @@Buttadawg-cq7pl
BO2's non-linear campaign was truly special. Made lasting impact on me in my history of gaming
Bro I love to see the upload, I genuinely hope you're well, I know you've had a lot going on and I want you to know we love you my guy!
Deem this is literally cod singleplayer movie, fantastic job!
Well worth the wait since your last video. Thanks for posting!
I really appreciate your storytelling in the opening and throughout this long form video.
stop
I had a feeling this video would come and i am glad it did because your content is goated
After seeing your video, I can understand the stories of the franchises a lot more, amazing video!
Great video, one of your best ones yet!! Keep it up
Well done video! Glad to see a new vid from you!
Glad to see you back, keep up the great work, your brother would be more than proud!
I’m so glad you’re back ! And I’m really sorry for your Halo video regardless of the reason it was removed… stay up Sam!

I’m currently replaying all the campaigns on PC because I’m switching over to it, and man the nostalgia hits hard for the older CODs
Hey, I appreciate it when you were doing all the world war II zombies Easter eggs that you explain the story as well and you commented that was a good story. I liked that people don't talk about its story enough
I’m glad your back I was watching one of your vids earlier
"What is Call of Duty to you?" - Playing Harbor, Rifle Only servers back in CoD:United Offensive.. Old, janky, but man was it a blast.
Hell yeah, brother.
28:25 That’s something I never ever thought of. That’s insanely accurate
Yeah man amazing quote 👌 such good games
MW3 multiplayer was a masterpiece. It’s funny, I remember when I was 11 playing MW3 religiously I would give anything to be a grown up and do whatever I want. Now that I’m an adult with money I’d give anything to go back to those days to grind camos and Moab’s with my best friends.

This is hardly a Veteran video. This is more just a recap on every game's story more than anything else
I’m so glad you said mw3 was ur fav multiplayer. For me it was the first time my parents let me play online. What a memory
Fell off after BO2 i won't lie. Except for BO3 Multiplayer and Zombies.
YESSSS FINNALY SAMMUEL YOUR BACK I MISSED YOUR CONTENT SO MUCH
Im so happy you uploaded. I love your content! The first vid I watched of yours was round 100 on all bo2 maps and was hooked to your videos.
THE GOAT IS BACK
Shout out to the real ones who love Ghosts
It never deserved all the hate it got
Big up bro 🤙🏼
Welcome back Sam, keep grinding them vids!!
I just realized this vid was uploaded barely 3 hours ago. I don't even know your channel but i can already feel this video is going to do numbers
i love how by the time MW2 came up the video just becomes a lore explanation
Bo2 has a secret ending if you shoot mason in the leg twice in the fake prisoner swap he will show in a scene after beating the game
Omg ur back!!! Ur older vids helped me out so much last year ♥️🤍
Bro is making art with this ending, great video sam thanks for all the good memories man
Welcome back bro❤
2:18 it shows he got no deaths in bo4. must have been very easy 😄
Found this guy yesterday and now bing watching most of his videos, such soothing voice to my ears
Its been a while samuel, hope you’re doing good.
What 7 months I didn't release 😂
"I think im scared sir"-Ethan, my fav cod character
Been there done that bro, welcome to the COD Veteran club

Talking of WaW without mentionning grenade spam.
A legend
As someone who has completed WaW on veteran before I am sorry for u

THE KING HAS RETURNED AT LAST! We’ve missed u Sam!

Ghosts just came in at a bad time tbh
The intro of this video was fantastic. Bodes extremely well for the rest of the of vid

Finest hour will always hold a place in my heart as a childhood game

Bro finally uploaded
Do you know Reznovs friend who dies in BO1 is the character you played as in WAW
I actually didn't, that's really awesome, but sad lmao. Cheers for the info.
Dude this is such a well made video! I honestly think youre very underrated
7 month break is crazy
Why does mw2 sound like what’s happening today😳, ww3 might be happening
So happy to have you back brother!!
hope you are well brother 🙏👑
call of duty ghosts will forever be my favorite i remember 1v1ing my older brother to see who gets to choose what was for dinner that night

Ghosts was and still is one of my favourite games. The campaign was a story that NEEDS a sequel. The multiplayer, although had super large maps, was balanced where each gun could stand up against the others, and the extinction mode had a great story of its own.

You missed Cod 2 Bid Red One. Developed by treyarch. That was my fave of the classics
excited to watch the video, commenting beforehand to help with the algorithm

Damn bro, not even a minute in and I get a goosebump💀
