Rookie Drivers at the Indianapolis 500

Seven rookies ended up in the field for the 76th running of the Indianapolis 500. Here is a look from WRTV-6 in Indianapolis from 1992 at three of them: Philipe Gache, Eric Bachelart and Paul Tracy. Tracy finished 20th, Gache 28th and Bachelart 32nd. The top-placing rookie driver that year was Lyn St. James, who finished 11th.
