I have one, I lent it to a friend and he dropped it on the floor. Now the upper part has come off (the cover) but the mechanism inside is intact. But when placing the cover the secure mechanism does not work and when shooting the pellet it does not come out. I don't know what to do. could you do the video procedure and reassemble as shown, maybe it will work? to assemble the pieces back into place carefully with the procedure you show I think it might work but I'm not sure
Most likely the plastic tabs that hold the Slide(upper part) in place were damaged or broke off during the fall. You may have to replace your MK45 with a new one.
This action mechanism is found in a lot of airguns. Very, very powerfull guns. Now inmediatelly i see the reason of the high power of the MK45. The fire bolt tube is shorter then in other models (pos.11 on explode draw), the chamber valve opens longer (more travel). I have a Beretta F84 replica full metal, no blowback, double action. I shortened the fire bolt and streched the fire spring, the gun now is a beast !!!
Wow, you clearly know the inner-workings of a CO2 powered air pistol! I can troubleshoot and restore to stock specs. Mods are a little out of my wheelhouse. Do you have experience servicing firearms?
@@rustbeltairgun8718 Oooooh man, this guns are so budget but soooo powerful.I grinded the excess of material in the chamber plug screw., gainning more gas volume in the chamber.. Drilled out to 3mm the valve trigger tube and the shortened fire bolt tube. shorter
@@rustbeltairgun8718 My dear, i would like so. I have some tricks in my pocket to show. I bought me now a very cheap Daisy Powerline 426...all plastic, but an awesome gun. Light weight and fast combat shooting.
What is the trick to get the long top plastic piece back on? Nothing seems broken but I can't get it to snap into place. The barrel and spring don't compress easily so that I can get the front piece of plastic just under the muzzle to go back far enough. Ugh!
can you please help me by making a video on how to reassemble a crosman PFM16 piece by piece, I can't reassemble it and there are no disassembly instructions
The slide on this air pistol is fixed. During firing, the barrel protrudes about a 1/4 inch from the slide and then retracts back into the slide at the moment the air pistol fires. You may have a BB jammed in the breech, if it does not retract.
What ever you do don't drop it I dropped my and now the slide part is loosen this one will be for extra parts now will be buying a new one thanks for the video
So I have to take down the whole gun to put the slide back on? I just bought it and I accidentally popped the slide off and can't get it back on please tell me I don't have to break the whole thing down
I don't believe you have to dismantle the complete MK45, in order to install the slide. Examine the slide carefully, the tabs that hold it in place may be broken, which is why it won't stay in place.
You can try Crosman Customer Service: 1 (800) 724-7486 Unfortunately, Crosman does not publish a parts list for this model so you may have to describe the parts to customer service.
Yes, the MK45 functioned properly after tear down and reassembly process. I would only recommend a tear down and reassembly if there was an issue with the air pistol.
You can use the exploded view of the Crosman C11, as a reference. They are of similar internal construction: support.crosman.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/201668514/C11__P10__T11_EVP_PL3.pdf
Thanks for the upload. I fixed one that was leaking with this.
Thanks for watching!

Have you considered starting your own UA-cam channel on airgun mods? You have a gift!

You get a lot of "bang for your buck" with the PowerLine 426. It would be interesting to know what "mods" you could do to it.

Look carefully at the inside fo the slide. There is a good chance that it is broken if it does not stay attached to the receiver.

Unfortunately, Crosman does not publish a parts list for the PFM16, so it is hard for me to perform a Tear Down video.
whenever i shoot the gun instead of the barrel going back so I can shoot again it just stays out and doesn't come back
That’s how it’s supposed to be

I agree, the slide on this air pistol can be easily damaged, if dropped.
Tell me about it 😄
Do you know where I can find the barrel assembly online?
@@ombghost2794 You in England?
What type of trigger mechanism does this co2 air pistol use?
hey can you do this with the CFAMP1?
Cant see what your doing with the smaller parts

The safe button didn't look like it used to, right? I have some questions answer me if you read me, than you so much 🤠
Could you elaborate on safe button question?

Hello dear autor? Is the "ball locker" of the crossman c11 bullet receiver suitable for the crossman mk45?
Most likely yes, as I used the Crosman C11 parts diagram to assist with the tear down of the MK45.

How do I put the bb spring in which hole

I noticed the barrel is popping out of the gun
It is normal for the barrel to protrude 1/4 inch from the front of this air pistol, when firing. It is how the mechanism works.
I don’t understand the trigger
Did you look at this diagram?
