This is so awesome. Dean's show premiered in 1965. Sadly the eldest sister Laverne (the middle one) passed away two years later of cancer. I think she was just 52. She was the peacekeeper as the sisters didn't always get along.

Dean Martin... so smooth. Could sing with a toaster. Add The Andrews Sisters, and it's like taking a warm bath in song

Loved the Andrews' sisters esp the funny one Patty with the blonde hair who usually sung in the middle. She had a fun personality

I think Dean was in awe of them; they were big stars when he was unknown.

Dean Martin, unknown in 1967? The Dean Martin Show, not to be confused with the Dean Martin Variety Show (1959-1960), is a TV variety-comedy series that ran from 1965 to 1974 for 264 episodes. It was broadcast by NBC and hosted by Dean Martin. The theme song to the series was his 1964 hit "Everybody Loves Somebody." Dino was not an unknown.

It said they were big stars when he was unknown.
Dean got big when Jerry and he started out in 1945.
Andrew sisters got famous in the late ‘30s.
They were close to the same age.
Andrew sisters were active for over 40 years.
