Unexplained Suspitious Mist - Ghost Caught on Camera? Paranormal or Something Else?

I took this video way back in 2005 so apologies for the poor quality. Now I'm very sceptical hence why it's taken me so long to post this. I'm just after everyones thoughts on it, and to stir up a bit of convo.
It's been bugging me to this day as there was no-one else in the house, yes some sunlight was coming in through the window, but no-one was walking past outside.
The living room door was closed and the door is to the right of the picture.
The mist seemed to have an order uniformaty to it moving from right to left and looks as though you can just make out what seems to be the movement of an arm as it would act with someone walking.

Be good to research the land that the row of houses were built on, might find something interesting. Lots of history too in that area. 🇬🇧👍🏻
