IotDF v0.41 Hard No Bomb No Shield (Reimu)

pretty fun game overall; I especially like stage 2, the megumu fight, and the tsukasa fight. Tsukasa is a pretty strong contender for my favorite fangame final boss right now. stage 3 could definitely be shorter (i've talked to ince about this, it'll be shorter in v0.5)
the timeout on Momoyo midspell 2 is because it gets more aggressive at low HP so i find it more consistent to just time it out
