OMG, thanks so much . I just started my first job at the age of 32 and I was having really a conversation with the co-workers. Usually end up in awkward situation since in the back of my mind run a lot of worries, anxieties which mess up with my thinking , my everything and can't be myself. hopefully it end today after watching this. I have been stressful not from physical, actual job itself but emotional wear down at the end of the day from being worry and being silent in the coworker group regarding communication.

We are never to old to keep practicing, thanks Evan , but using the correct words usually help me as I like to think 🤔 about things before rabbiting on and yes with PE participant Energy will certainly help I like having a script, which is guide to get to my point across, communication is the key to success and move on forward

We actually teach our children not to talk to strangers but that needs to be changed- always talk to everyone , try to know them but be very careful-don’t take or eat anything from them or go anywhere with them . If they can’t start talk to strangers how they will be free mind, know people around them,communicate with them?

Communication skills: the point is that how to develop It once above said the emotional feeling is in every human being as far as examples newborn baby has also feeling, therefore, he or she is crying for food whenever feeding it can stop crying it is his own personal emotion when it growing and growing up his thinking and emotional feeling not like that kind of kids but something to change it up So every age group has a future like that so when we are communicating we are trying to convey them with their age group for their satisfaction. our mind is also reminded how much he can grasping our idea thoughts and our ability to deal with them this is the best way to change their mindset by the medium of communication between the two people or more communication is not only speaking or writings but the way of conveying to deliver the idea thought and thinking. If we succeed we are the best communicators including with the confidence.
It's interesting how people still split communication into two or more areas like business communication, interpersonal communication, written communication, verbal and non-verbal communication. Of course, they are real but communication is only one. What I mean is that someone cannot be a good communicator at work and the worst communicator at home. One cannot be the best speaker at Ted's Talks and unable to communicate with his family, partner, children, friends, and so on. If that happens someone is very wrong as a person, as a human being.
