And sometimes they'd leave one of the little red buff monsters so that the camp wouldn't respawn for the opponent, and they'd all take the Lumberjack Sion skin because duh, in the jungle with the trees...
The buff you killed depended on what side you started on and what the enemy was doing, not just red buff. Also some Sion players still do it but it has never been worth it outside the tilt factor. You start TP down, enemy has more CS/XP and losing 1 buff isn't that big of a deal for most junglers.
The guy who did Sion Quadra kill is Max. He used to be 'support' player of MVP which is dismissed now. He is currently coaching staff of HLE. The clip is from MVP vs KT game on 2017 probably spring (when senna was still in the Thresh's lantern) and that play made him the first support who made quadra kill in LCK.

If you go sion support, you have to be on blue side with Krugs. After level 4, you steal krugs and get 28 health each time you come back to lane. Then farm your lane minions with supp item. It’s not the ideal like top lane, but it works well if you rush Frozen Heart. Its early game is strong with FH, but there are too many bad matchups for it to be fully viable.
I can't see how A. Looking for Windows where you're not abandoning your adc for long to take krugs, B. Tilting your jg half the time, C. Potentially returning to lane missing health from clearing camps/missing recall timers, D. Banking on your jg not clearing it can even be remotely consistent

If you notice Krugs spawn later all the other camps.
Back in 2015 bot lanes would do the Krugs before going to lane if they were Red side.
