Question is what do you do when the thing is locked and won’t unlock and let you have your key back? After work for a couple of months ours stopped working. It defeated the purpose of why I bought the thing. I am bedbound from a broken leg I can’t get to the door. We put it there so that healthcare workers and anyone that we needed to be able to come in could do so I can let them in by giving them the code over our doorbell camera. Now we have to leave the door unlocked and just set the alarm and hope I’m OK with that. Any suggestions as to how to get the piece of crap off? I called Locksmith they want $200!

i did 90 degrees and closed ok but now i cant open the box
help please. i call master and they say i have to throw it away and is in the wall already

Feel your pain mine failed And it’s installed as well. Call the locksmith and they want $200 to get it off of my door.
