Great video; the way the light and color changes throughout the ride is amazing. Beautiful roads and scenery up there. Thanks for posting. 👍👍👍

      And thank you for watching!
I usually don't ride this late into the evening, always worried about deer and other animals as the evening arrives, but the day just progressed in such a way that this happened. Back in the film days this would not have been possible but with modern digital, wow. These low light conditions still present some difficulties though, some to be dealt with while recording and then further resolved during editing.

There are a lot of great motorcycle riding videos out there, but when I want to really see a road or an area and get good solid information along with hiway routes you are my go to guy. Thanks for the awesome rides!

Hey you are very welcome. Most roads in the BC interior have some pretty quiet times, and when you get off onto the secondary roads they can be really quiet and often Cattle Country. This road would be the start of a great route for your Pan America. Williams Lake to Likely, run in to Quesnelle Forks as a little side trip, then on to Keithley Creek and take the Cunningham Pass Road past Ghost Lake to Barkerville. Google it, there should be quite a bit on it

And then I Googled it and was disappointed with the lack of information and whether the road was even open. The route would be from Keithley to Ladies Creek Forest Service Site, then to Ghost Lake/Mathew River Falls, and then on to Cunningham Creek and Wells. Google Maps does not show the correct route, the route it shows would get you into serious trouble.

Welcome back Bert, I am glad you found my videos again, I do hope you enjoyed the rest of my Oregon Coast series!
I put a lot of work into making the audio just right. I like listening to my engine making power, and I think a great many riders feel the same way, to that end I keep the engine sound as the dominant sound and just add music as background and only occasionally. I am pleased to hear that that you enjoy this. Thanks for the comment, keep them coming!

Thanks Wayne. Also check out my Quesnelle Forks video for a dirt road starting at Likely that is really worth the short ride down. I don't know what you ride but if it is an Adventure bike you may also want to look into riding the Cunningham Pass Road from Likely to Keithley and then on to Barkerville.
Thanks for watching, and leaving a comment!

Where is all the traffic? Love the music of the engine. You are holding off the music.

It was a nice quiet road in the evening for sure. I like to think that a lot of us ride to listen to the sound of our engine making power, I know I do. So with that in mind I build my audio to showcase the sound of a nice big V Twin, and although I often add music, not always, I keep it in the background, to accompany that engine sound, not overwhelm it, but you know this already.
Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for taking time to leave a comment, it's been awhile, I hope all is well.
