Hey I go to a planet fitness and don't have a boxing gym around or a bag. I do the shadow boxing in my house. I'm trying figure out what type of cardio and weight lifting would be beneficial. Without standing too much in the gym. They have cable machines free weights and a smith bar

Anyone to help why do fail to dough the punches in short i don't see the punches in the sparring session so I keep on receiving the punches
