Now a days we have become health conscious and prefer to move towards black tea or green tea from regular tea.In this video I have tried to explain the way of making a perfect green tea.

Everyone has a different way. The basic thing is in order to keep its Aroma and flavor the food has to be cooked with a lid on. I apply the same principle. I boil the water adding green tea with a lid on it and after 3-4min(getting boiled) turn the Gas off and let the lid be on for a min adding pinch of green tea.
Definitely you'll have a wonderful flavor nd Aroma. Sometimes I add lemon to the cup, especially for mrng drink.😉☕🍋

Dear friend it's not easy to loose weight until u exercise.you invest minimum 1.5 hrs everyday for just 3 months and u will notice the difference.all diets and drinks are helpful only when u exercise.worm walk and burpees are two wonderful exercise to loose weight.do 200 worm walk and 200 burpee and u will notice the change.I lost 10 kg in 3 mths without any diet.

Never use boiling water to make green tea, green tea leaves are different from regular tea leaves(they are more fragile). Always use "Hot" water, not "Boiling" water.

Green tea is never boiled absolutely wrong way.Just soak the tea bag in hot water or twirl it for few seconds and add honey as a sweeter. That's it.

Wrong method. Never boil tea leaves, its pouring boiling water on the green tea leaves and leave it for few minutes and then strain and drink. Honey not necessary.

This is an abomination in the name of green tea
Some of the mistakes in this video are
1)you doing boil the leaves with water
2)you don't let the tea steep for 2 mins
3)that spoon which was wet was put into honey again, it spoils the honey
.... As a tea enthusiast I don't even know where to start, almost everything in this video is wrong, you are killing the nutrients of tea by boiling and its better to drink it without honey and definitely not sugar
