I feel like if the devs added alternate skins there would be more reputation for the game and would better the communities expression on what they like :3
If I get the opportunity to put Cloud in a pair of swim trunks and have him run around smacking the Midgarzolom on a NG+ Playthrough, you can BET that’s what I wanna do! I LOVE character customisation, and being able to swap outfits in games like Xenoblade Chronicles is a small thing in the grand scheme of a game, but it adds such a deep layer of personalisation for players.
I know for the fact that this game will be long, and I don't want to play the whole game seeing the same outfits for every character. Hell, even in the remake, I got bored looking at the same outfit for the whole game. they better have alternate skins in rebirth
Wellll, Tifa in her advent children outfit, is way cooler than the usual outfit she's wearing. I modded the advent children one, and I don't change it back to her original ever again.
They allow the player to have a personalization. It isn't too deep but its something fun and is completely optional. Plus "those" outfits for characters like Tifa would be for mods because Square wouldn't make that official.
