Yes. Most top NITs including Warangal would allow students to sit for IT companies. They need your CGPA, problem solving and analytical skills and coding language skills. Again, IT jobs are different, like only coding, support, consultant etc., so you need to prepare well on communication skills. Also, some core companies related to BioTech also there but packages would be much lesser than IT companies but a decent one to work in your field of choice.
