It's so interesting to see how we'll have rules/laws that have been fulfilled and change in certain ways, but many Protestants take this idea of "fulfillment" as an actual sense of "abolishment", which Christ Himself never decreed. Reformed theology is a crazy heresy that's supposing that every single bit of historical context that doesn't fit their narrative is wrong, like the Lord's Supper. There's this err of "Oh, He died for us, so we don't have to do anything, because we can't even earn our own sanctification"
I love Karlo and his explanation ❤️🇻🇦✝️
A better question might be, Why do many Protestants denominations worship on Sunday? They have implicitly adopted Catholic practice and Catholic authority/tradition from their antecedent development from Catholicism.
I have an uncle who's a Messianic Jew (he's not even Jewish by birthright) and brags that he celebrates Passover. He will just say Catholics celebrate pagan Easter. Pray that he sees the truth.
I simply don't understand the malice toward worshipping on Sunday. This is something I've only experienced recently, as I'd attended Baptist and pentecostal churches for 3 decades and worship was always on Saturday.
Don't really know how to reach you guys so I'll post this unrealated question here: (It is a question to the US Catholic Church in general):
Jesus is the perfection of the Torah. He is the passover lamb. and St. Paul's exhortation that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit is only true because when we receive God Himself in the Eucharist, the body receives the Holy Spirit, just as fully as the Temple of Jerusalem and the Tabernacle. even if someone were to disregard or be ignorant of the hundreds of messianic prophecies, then the coincidences and parallels would just pile up to the moon if you think about it. the most fascinating is the context of the week leading up to Passover. Jerusalem would have been packed like a sardine can. and everyone was singing the psalms and lots of singing in the streets and in the temple. and you will realize God's tongue in cheek humor kind of way if you recite the psalms after Jesus said the first words on the cross for the people below to complete all in sight of the things happening during the crucifixion
Trust me--You don’t want me to answer this question.
