Can you pls explain how do you schedule the heater to switch on at a preset time from the app? Im not able to understand the app interface regarding it.
Hey Vineeta, Usually the geysers are installed at a higher elevation so it is not possible to operate it from the onboard panel. kindly confirm do we have to manually power on everytime from the onboard geyzer controls if we are not using wifi or we can just switch on the main supply button and it will power on?
Hi Roop, You can keep the power button on (on the control panel) and then directly switch off from the main switch. Thus when you restart it will automatically start without the need to touch the control panel.

Hi I am going to buy this heater I was seeing on Amazon saying wifi giive lots of problem ans signal r week very confused I want wifi water heater can u plz share ur experience once I hear from you I wil buy it coz hard to get proper reivew only one video I found that is Urs and really thank u for shwoing it
I haven't faced any connection issues yet 🙂. I have rather configured the schedule to automatically heat the water at pre-defined time. For that you need to keep the tripper (power outlet) on always and power off using main button provided on unit.
they have small pipes (if i remember than 1 feet or 1.5 feet) - if u want long ones then u need to purchase from outside but they will give u the pipe set free for future usage. Not sure of brand - didn't check it.
1 person 15 litre wud be sufficient for shower and keep the heater on. It will heat the water while you are using it, which ultimately reduces the time to heat up.
Will still recommend, as it is one of the best products. Ideally I switch this on to heat the water and the water remains hot even after 8-10 hours. So no need to reheat several times in a day if there is any requirement.
Hi, It is a continuous flow of water when you use it. Depends on the speed of water in the inlet pipe (though it is controlled by a valve). Ideally, you won't notice any issues.
Mam.. How can it be connected to smartphone? Do we need 4G wifi device/broadband or it can also be connected to mobile hotspot of same smartphone having Racold App or mobile hotspot of another smartphone?
The selection and configuration of device happens from mobile. So it cannot be hotspot. You can select any wifi connection to which your mobile can connect. Then using that connection the device connects to your mobile.
@@VanitaNigoo Thanks a lot Mam...👍 I was using hotspot of mobile having Racold App. But product registration failed. Then tried hotspot of another mobile to connect geyser and mobile having Racold App. Again product registration failed. Now I will try Jio FI dongle.

Also you have choice to power off from application. missed mentioning it in above comment.
