Wow stunning ! I didn’t know that you can put polygel over dip that’s super cool ! I think the little pink butterfly was such a good addition to the set it brings it al together absolutely beautiful!
I love watching you! Although I prefer a different shape, we love the same kind of styles for nail art and colors! This is perfect. So funny too cause I was just on double dips site looking to buy something I don't need. Guess I'm going back now 🏃🏽♀️. Definitely need to get those 3d flowers too! Another perfect video. 🥰
Heyyy girly! I just finished watching and I love how this nail set turned out! So freaking adorable ✨🦋 I love the glitter dip powder you decided to use! 💗
@@KCNails Thank you for replying!💖 I was planning to do someone's nails with this method. I was like cool.. no Activator needed. 😂 Using clear dip powder gets bubbles all the time.
I have asked everybody that I've taken time to watch their video how long did your nails last? And for some reason I just can't get a legitimate answer on how long they last under normal use
It can vary from person to person. The reason I say this is because everyone tends to prep their nails slightly different. Nail prep is the MAIN thing you need to focus on whenever you do your own nails, otherwise they won’t last. It also depends on HOW you apply the product. If you get a any amount of product on your skin, you’re more likely to experience lifting. You also may want to look into how to “seal” the cuticle area. Im still working on this step myself but I’ve noticed a huge difference in longevity since experimenting with this technique. The quality of product you use may also affect the duration of how long your nails last, so if you’re positive you’re doing everything correctly and the nails still don’t last, it may be the product itself. It also depends on the intensity of hand use! How long you leave your hands in water, if you use your nails when you do things, If you’re rough on your nails (using them as tools), etc. someone with a very sedentary lifestyle will have longer lasting nails than a busy mom. I’m not a professional but I’ve personally experienced my gel polish not lasting more than a week NO MATTER how I prep or apply, or what product I use for the manicure. And I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s a chemical makeup issue. A lot of my videos around this time, I was applying products over a gel manicure and a peel base so I could pop them off right after.. However, the times I’ve REALLY tried for my manicures to last.. which has been more recently, it’s typically about 3.5-4 weeks with very minimal lifting (if any!). I’m extremely aware of my nails and make sure I’m not using them much at all unless I’m fine with removing them sooner. Typically after 2 weeks I’m itching for a new manicure so I’m removing them around that point lol

Do you not use Activator on the glitter nail
I may have forgotten 🤣 any dip powder layer should be activated, even though I put polygel over.. I should’ve applied activator before that step

@@KCNails I want to thank you for taking the time to talk to me now. What product are you using for prepping your cuticles?
