I love ❤ your approach regarding using the existing led lights and in particular, the skidplate, I'm always a big fan of preserving original equipment where possible, I figure if the manufacturer put it there, it's usually there for a reason! ❤❤ :)
Yes, I've been happy with that rock guard. I added a link to it in the description - it's a Blue Ox KarGard. We've towed about 5,000 miles with it and it covers the front of our Jeep welll, I've found no evidence of rock chips. On our Land Rover we had to replace the headlights and driving lights due to rock chips.

Ted, have you found the rock guard you use when flat towing to be efficient in keeping Gladiator safe from road debris?

Good eye! We got married in Newfoundland and have some good friends up there. Haven’t been in a long time, need to go back there.
